Came here to try the new cheesy fish burger but left super disappointed.. it was $7 just for the burger and although the cold slaw on top was good, there was almost zero cheese pull in the fish despite the ironic sticker on the burger labelled “caution hot”. there was no melty cheese or whatsoever, felt like just a normal piece of cheese. Not worth it allllll dont get it if you are expecting oozing hot cheese please. Also i think they might be understaffed, came around 3 pm and there were two people trying to finish both in store and grab orders so my order took close to 15 mins 😥😥 Came here again on a thursday night to eat the new pollock student burger set, disappointed again because the fish burger’s sauce was literally only a dollop like it was pathetic as compared to the normal fish burger 😬also had to wait 30 mins…long wait again for “fast” food😀

I love their onion rings, it's a good deal to share, and their hotdog is delicious. I didn't fancy the Wagyu beef patty and I prefer the chicken drumsticks. Dining experience can be better.

The worst delivery mistake is when we requested no onions, they always put onions, my son is allergy to this. I am very angry with Mos, chef not reading the order carefully. Everything you do this mistake, I have to run to a hawker centre to buy a rice dish for him. This is very bad and I will not hesitate to take further action on your service level. I tried calling the JP 1, phone but no one picks up the call. My order No.9398 ordered on the 4 Jan 2024.

Excellent. Ordered the Kariage rice burger & Mos Chicken. Both were served hot. Love the fact that everything tasted fresh and made to order unlike other fast food chains. Both the items ample although the quantity of the seafood fillings in the Kariage have reduced significantly over the last year. The Mos Chicken here was surprisingly moist unlike other outlets but again, I still preferred the original recipe which had a bone-in and a twist of lemon juice. Service was excellent even though I was the only customer there that early morning.

Had dinner there on a Thursday night and the food was served pretty quickly upon ordering. The rice burger was served warm and the onion rings were piping hot.

What's good about mos burger is its hot. Price is abit on the high side. Will suggest not to use the basket as its old and not clean.

I’ve eaten here (once in a few months) since 2012 and it’s been pretty consistent with service and food quality. Their monthly specials are usually worth the visit and luckily there’s even a vegetarian option that’s pretty good. Soups are a good addition to the meal and it’s something I’ve relied on to increase the meal size for my appetite. Caution: soup is very hot (burnt my upper palette 😅) Recently, they’ve updated to self-ordering kiosk making the whole experience smoother.

This outlet has a pretty unique design compared to other outlets. It is recommended you order via the kiosk as there is no cashier in the counter during peak hours. The kitchen is way behind the dining area and that it is a alleyway. It may be due to the small area that the shop is located in. It is hard to make special request here as all the staff are located behind and may not have time to entertain your request.

Fast service and convenient opening hours. Good for a quick bite, especially since they’re open till 11pm, great for late night bites! The food came out quickly but the corn soup was a letdown, it had a slightly off taste that didn’t quite sit right.

The food was really delicious despite I eat many times. But today I order to my office. I stated there no ice for my drink but the staff still put ice instead. I put no mayo for my burger but still have mayo inside my burger.
