New MOS burger warm and tender not too dry. Rosemary chicken burger juicy also tasted good.

Excellent. Ordered the Kariage rice burger & Mos Chicken. Both were served hot. Love the fact that everything tasted fresh and made to order unlike other fast food chains.
Both the items ample although the quantity of the seafood fillings in the Kariage have reduced significantly over the last year. The Mos Chicken here was surprisingly moist unlike other outlets but again, I still preferred the original recipe which had a bone-in and a twist of lemon juice.
Service was excellent even though I was the only customer there that early morning.

Food is good, however it took more than 1 hour just to prepare food despite ordering before the crowd period. Mainly seeing service focusing on grab food delivery.

Had dinner there on a Thursday night and the food was served pretty quickly upon ordering. The rice burger was served warm and the onion rings were piping hot.

What's good about mos burger is its hot. Price is abit on the high side. Will suggest not to use the basket as its old and not clean.

Waited 40 minutes for fast food, who do they think customers are. If you can’t handle capacity stop taking grab orders. Greedy franchise owner, avoid at all cost if you value your time. Disgusting behaviour.

I’ve eaten here (once in a few months) since 2012 and it’s been pretty consistent with service and food quality. Their monthly specials are usually worth the visit and luckily there’s even a vegetarian option that’s pretty good. Soups are a good addition to the meal and it’s something I’ve relied on to increase the meal size for my appetite. Caution: soup is very hot (burnt my upper palette 😅)
Recently, they’ve updated to self-ordering kiosk making the whole experience smoother.

This outlet has a pretty unique design compared to other outlets. It is recommended you order via the kiosk as there is no cashier in the counter during peak hours. The kitchen is way behind the dining area and that it is a alleyway. It may be due to the small area that the shop is located in. It is hard to make special request here as all the staff are located behind and may not have time to entertain your request.

Fast service and convenient opening hours. Good for a quick bite, especially since they’re open till 11pm, great for late night bites!
The food came out quickly but the corn soup was a letdown, it had a slightly off taste that didn’t quite sit right.
