Please train your staff on the proper SOP, if you cant contact customer for out of stock items in grabfood, it is your obligation to cancel the items from the merchant device, the driver cant do anything about it to cancel, it is YOUR OBLIGATION.

trainee staff very rude, girl with a golden hair that's ponytailed. i asked for the price and she said it in an annoyed manner, also passed my coupon to be stamped and she just handed it in a throwing manner on the bar? was very surprised tbh, she didn't even try to smile or greet. i know she's tired but is it hard to be respectful?

The dessert is nice though portion of toppings given can vary depending on the service staff - was once served by a bespectacled young lady supposedly a new/trainee staff, who gave such a meagre scoop of toppings for the Oat Treasures Grass Jelly I ordered. This time while ordering, I was left taken aback by another young female staff who promptly gestured and stopped her older aunty colleague at the cashier counter, when the latter was trying to suggest for me to opt for an existing set on the menu instead of choosing (to build) my own base and toppings. The cashier lady had remarked that the set option was essentially the same as what I’d chosen on my own, and I could have ordered that while adding on other toppings, which would cost cheaper. Would have very much appreciated if the staff had informed me of this while I was inquiring before placing my order, instead of leaving me unaware and unclear, and even more confused (much less disappointed) when the other staff intervened while the cashier was trying to explain to me regarding the cost savings. Her behaviour was proof of a lack of interest in providing assistance and being helpful to customers, especially those who are less experienced in ordering from the not-so-straightforward menu. I hope that the staff at this outlet can (try to) be more thoughtful towards customers in their service in future, as much as possible.

really bad experiences of service at 1:30PM from a ponytail golden brown hair staff today, so rude, didn't heard the price correctly as I was on call previously and repeated it in a impatient way. definitely one of the worst service ngl the tone and the expressions tells it all. Ive never been so shocked.

nice taste but the service was a -100/10. My mom had bought about nine of the desserts for a family gathering, she ordered on her phone and it took a long time so we stood there for very long. And it was obvious that the staff was unhappy about it and gossiping about it. Staff name was yee xuan (if i rmb correctly) and a trainee whose hair was slightly blonde with a pigtail. Bad experience. Would give the service a zero star.

Never buy from them when it’s 1 hour away from closing. Brought a cup of green tea, staff claimed no more ice so only give half a cup. Other customer that brought the same thing but had a full cup without ice. Some more this customer ordered after me. Never going back to them again. Such a scammer when near closing

Rude service encountered at Jurong Point outlet on 10/2/24. Only Two couples queuing for orders before 3.05pm . Staff going for break at 3.15pm to 4pm but only show the break time sign at 3.10pm. Ignored customers and insisting customers to come back after 4pm.

‼️30 Sep. 3 pm. Filter lowest rating reviews if you don't like to get your mood sour. Impatient bespectacled female staff. Raised her voice to clarify order. No wonder many customers complained of rude staff. Bad working attitude. Not sure what was the rush there was no one queing behind me. Nine Fresh must investigate. Late review: Continuing our food hunt for New Year’s Eve, we stopped by Nine Fresh, one of my favorite dessert spots at Jurong Point Mall. I ordered their fruity jelly, while my wife went for the pearly jelly bean curd. The fruity jelly was a burst of refreshing flavors sweet, tangy, and just perfect! My wife’s bean curd dessert was smooth and delicious, a perfect match for the chewy pearls. There was a funny moment when my wife handed me the dessert, and I accidentally dropped it! Thankfully, the sturdy plastic container held everything intact. Even the auntie from another store looked shocked, but all was well phew! In the end, the desserts were fantastic and made a sweet addition to our New Year’s Eve celebration. Highly recommend Nine Fresh for anyone craving a delightful treat!

Happy that they have the option to create your own combination. Would often order bean curd + aiyu jelly + mango pearl jelly. Also love their Earl Grey Milk Tea. Sometimes crowded with super long queue.

I have an unique soft spot for the #SignatureDessert from #NineFresh (#九鲜) #TaiwanDessert. . Interestingly, i am not a fan of #SoyaBeanCurb (#豆花) and #GrassJelly (#仙草), but when combined and paired with #Peanuts (i prefer the hard crunchy ones), #RedBeans, #GreenBeans and #TaroBalls, they just get me. 🤷🏻♂️ . Their stalls are located in various locations across #Singapore. It has gotten to the point where I feel like I come here everyday. I usually get the signature for $2.80. I love how cheap it is for so many different things like grass jelly, peanuts, red beans, taro balls, and bean curd. There can be a queue but it moves by pretty fast. You can opt to eat standing at the side of the stall as well. The only complaints I have about this place is sometimes later in the day, they run out of certain ingredients, and also one of the servers has been coughing lately, but doesn't seem to use gloves or face mask. They have a rewards card which they stamp each time you get something over $2.50, and after 6 items, you get a free dessert.

A Taiwanese theme dessert shop that serves up tea, beancurd and pudding (and of course with toppings like Taiwanese do). Expected more from the green tea as it wasn’t as fragrant as I thought it would be, but many others bought the combination of beancurd and the toppings which seems to be their bestseller. No seats available as they are situated under the escalator, but there’s a standing table beside the counter if you wish to “dine-in”. Update : Raised it to 4 stars after trying their tea at 50% sugar level - plus the affordable selection of custom order beancurd/grass jelly/aiyu jelly.
