Very very weird machines to have your order done, a normal counter would be better and also faster. There are always endless queues, badly managed. The numbers are not called always in order, ok, but, often, you have to wait ten or more numbers after yours, without any reason or explanation (ok, they like to make all the drinks similar to each other together, but this is not an excusation to leave people wait a long time). In the two pictures, we were number 294 (no comment), and we ordered only two simple juices (no toppings and no ice). We were Koi enthusiastic customers. However, things have quite changed. Dommage.

The staff (Lak**) was rude and dismissive, which made me feel unwelcome. I believe customer service is a crucial part of any business, and this interaction fell short of expectations.

Very rude staff. The kiosk had issues so i went to the cashier where there were 2 staff chatting. Before i could even explain why i was there, one of the staff just rudely told me to order at the kiosk. I then explained that i tried to use the xmas set voucher at the kiosk but there was an issue. She then rudely and angrily demanded to see my voucher. I showed her through my koi app and she started to tap furiously on my phone before ordering me to PayNow money then order from the kiosk. So i stepped aside to PayNow the money as she had extorted, then made my way to the kiosk to make the order. She then purposely came out from behind the counter just to cut in in front of me to use the kiosk ahead of me and made me wait even longer. She used the kiosk to check some transactions and whatever nonsense, slowly taking her time just to made me wait very long on purpose. To be fair, the other staff seemed ok. But her, wow, her aggressive and rude attitude and behaviour were totally uncalled for. Why did she had to be so rude and difficult on purpose? There’s nothing xmas about this set of xmas vouchers that we bought from koi.

Love the golden bubbles. Soft n chewy. Jumbo pearls are hard. Prices seems getting more expensive

Ordered the aiyu fruity tea with less ice and 25% sugar. Had to add my own water to dilute as it was extremely sweet. Staff asked if I needed a carrier but he still put my drink in a carrier thou I said don’t need. He was too engrossed with getting customers scan QR for feedback…hahaha

Prices are the same as every other Koi outlet. This outlet has 3 self-cashier machines, making ordering easy. There is a conveniently placed counter with self-serve plastic bags and straws on the way out. There isn't a lot of space, so people waiting typically spill out of the store. Located above the entrance of Jurong Point 1, and the bus interchange, this outlet is quite easy to access, yet not too crowded even during peak periods

Me and my husband are certified addicts of KOI!!! Love their Oolong Milk Tea and the Black Tea Machiatto. What I like about KOI is that you can adjust the level of sugar from 0% to 100% which is helpful to those who are health consious. Not only the level of sugar you can adjust also the ice level and the bubble level. Be a member and lots of perks awaiting for you! 😊

Tried an unusual offering - a Hot Cacao Barry.
Despite having tried the iced one multiple times, this was relatively different.
It felt clean and light on the first sip, and is actually really filling for the small cuppa.
The cup design for the hot beverages was also unique, with many KOI and BBT inspired cut outs built into it.
Tips : Get a KOI card to redeem 2 free drinks on your birthday month!

Located beside Boon Lay MRT Exit D, near POSB ATM. The service is quite fast & staff is friendly. The price is on the expensive side for a bubble tea, but the taste is worth it. The pearl is better than most of the other bubble tea shops. If OK with the price then definitely recommend!
