Not surprised to see that many negative review. Dun think they are as serious to do business as play united. Claw strength 1/5 even with rubber sleeve. Need to full wrap than got strength. Swing claw 1/5 can only swing front back, side or 45degree swing...fully tighten, so dream on. Payout 1/5 roughly ard $15-20.
Worst still cant change design. Whatsapp customer service also no reply aft read message. They have outlet at hillion, jurong point and cathay. Best to avoid. Bring ur money elsewhere.

was able to caught a soft tot after spending so much money. the soft toy got stuck on the claw and called the number provided on the machine but no answer. proceeded to text them on whatsapp, online but never reply. after 1 day of waiting they finally replied and said they will get back to me after 3 days after checking with the warehouse. after 3 days also no reply! bad service and machines are totally a scam. do not waste money on this stupid claw machines much better spending ur money on other things

Decided to count the payout rate from a small prize claw machine at Hillion Mall. Spent $40 (48 tries) and no prize was caught. As per other reviews, the claw was tweaked to drop prizes mid-air.
Contacted the owner via WhatsApp but was ignored.

Need to strategy abit because some of the claw machine are really weak its impossible to kiap the toys at all, but are some alright and I managed to caught 2! Unfortunately the auntie at Northpoint outlet don't have the key so she cant help you exchange toys. So the claw machine that is able to catch toys might not be the one you want!

Understood that all claw machine are rigged but in here the profitability of rigging is way too high. Spent $75 and win nothing only on two same machines thus decided to stop. Most of the claw would open halfway in mid air even after it has lifted up the toy. Spent $100 on Play United on the same night and won 10 toys (2 was FOC as every $50 change of tokens entitled you to a toy). I guess, it’s better to check on the overall rating of the claw machine place before deciding to spend your money. Nonetheless, the only good things here is the toys looks attractive. But what’s the point, if you can’t win any!

Plan to capture the plushies because my little girl like it. Spend $50 alone on this machine and get nothing. The machine should at least set a payout amount. No wonder the review is so bad. Please refrain yourself from patronising this shop. Feel cheated.

Fun Claw really used to be fun because you can actually catch some toys. Now they adjusted the power of the mechanism so much that even with $10, you couldn’t catch a single toy. The grip would release the moment it came up with the toy. Can try other options nearby like iClaw Taiwan (though catch rate not too high either) or Cow Play Cow Moo.

Played at Waterway Point. Got a keychain on 2nd try but the claw never open so stuck at midair and never drop. Called them and they asked me to insert another token and shake the joystick so the claw will open and can play another time. Why do I need to insert token again when it is your machine fault?!

My baby sister aged 10yrs old insert the $10 note, no coins receieved nor the note back. Informed the security about what happen. Few minutes later a guy came to check the machine and refuse to refund our money or coins. If your company is loosing money, put up a donation box instead beside the coin changer.

On really good days I can catch 2-3 toys with $10. Most of the time $10-$20 can't get me anything but I still come back all the time. 😅 It has become an addiction. They do change toys very often and whenever I am nearby I would walk there just to try my luck / test my skill 😝. I don't dare to count how much I have spent in the past few years 😬

Fun Claw - I been to few different outlets & NEVER seen to catch anything each time. The claws seem to be "weak". Usually i prefer to go to . AT Least i can "catch" something there. Back to FUN CLAW, surprising i managed to catch, 2 toys (total spent $10) @ the machines located NTUC Payment areas at HARBOURFRONT (vivo City)

Had an amazing time with my son at Funclaw. Won a cute toy in 8$. It's just how you position the claw and the toy you choose to take :) Just loved it :)

Had a great time at Fun Claw. Managed to catch a lot of items. Honestly do not understand why are there so many bad reviews about Fun Claw. Sure it's difficult to catch anything initially. But as you slowly learn the trick, it gets easier.
