On the 6Jan 2024 I went to Watson atrium at Jurongpoint I saw lipliner catch my eyes .I ask the salesperson is there any other colours since I saw only 1 colours there.Brand REVOLUTION.She say its last pcs.She say nice colours.She told me she remove from the box that selling the lipstick as well since lipstick sold so she put the lipliner together with Australis brand..ok fine so I take it plus Australis brand n Wet n Wild concealer.since she say can mix 3For $9.90.So Today 7Jan 2024 I tot of use that Revolution brand lipliner what surprise me is when I open the seal it was empty 🤔I go down to Watson atrium again to do the exchange n xplain to her ..I see her face not happy n she tell me U can only take this one Australis brand .(her attitude of face make me feel shes not sincere )As a sales person no apologies from her instead give me one kind of face .

I find some of the staff quite lacking in manners and courtesy. Especially the fat woman Yaya papaya As I was making payment at the self checkout, the machine stalled several times. When I was using the card keypad to redeem the daily$, suddenly a hand came from behind without warning and pressed the small keyboard. Gathering my purchase, I turned ro my right. The door to the storeroom sprang open abruptly and a woman rushed out. It left me wondering if all these actions were timed to startle me. Regarding their reply to me. See for yourselves how childish and unprofessional these people are , can't even get my name right. Are they stupid as well? By this action, it shows how insincere they are in resolving issues 👎👎👎

Made my day worst. i went to buy some lip products i gave them a $50SGD bill but the change they gave me was $20 Brunei dollars. And the cashier said “Brunei dollar works anywhere in Singapore it’s the same exchange rate.” 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝘁. I had to walk around the whole Shopping just to find a money exchanger that doesn’t even accept Brunei dollars. Just don’t want this to happen again

Very disturbing staff, keeps talking and promoting, didn’t find what I need. I’ve politely noticed her several times, that I will search the drug first and she still endlessly talking about how great this drug is.
