This outlet is good. The auntie promoters there are very friendly and helpful. Not pushy. Watson staff Shiva was very patient with my order and advise me how to utilise the vouchers too. Thank you so much!

All the staff is very helpful, every time shop here is very comfortable, specially is Nuru. I doing my payment individual she is very carefully with my payment and always have a smile. Very thankful for Jurong Point staff.

Worst shopping experience ever. Went to Watson looking for fish oil. I already have a specific brand that I am interested to buy, which is Blackmore. The sales woman then keep pushing and hard selling me to buy another brand, keep saying it is very cheap bla bla bla. Then when she saw that I am still interested in Blackmore, she started ridicule me and say “小妹, 你很少出来买东西的是吗?” (translation: little girl, you seldom come out to buy things is it?). I then told her I would like to have some space to consider my choices first. She then reluctantly say “好的可以” (ok), before proceeding to continue hardselling the other brand which I don’t want. She then said “这些都是一样的,你不知道” (all these brands are the same, you have no knowledge!). Such disrespectful manner! Just because I am a young person buying supplements, doesn’t mean she can start forcing me to buy a brand that I don’t want, and some more saying that “I have no knowledge about it”. Terrible and zero professionalism! I ended up walking out of the stall completely disinterested to buy anything else whatsoever.

This is an outlet with bad service and staff with bad attitudes. I went there to exchange my makeup products and I was allowed to because of the Watsons x Fwd Retailsure programme. There were 2 malay women at the cashiers. I told one that I wanted to exchange and she gave me a blank stare saying I can’t do it because it’s been opened. I said, “your sign says I can exchange it???” She then called the other lady and asked her and that lady was also giving me a blank stare and looked annoyed. The first one was just stupid and didn’t even know anything and the second was just a rude and racist lady. They called the manager and the manager sorted everything out and helped me. At the end, once I was able to get the exchange done, they just gave me the receipt and products rudely and looked annoyed. They’re just stupidly racist and rude. How is this my fault, Watsons?? Teach your staff better customer service!

Very poor customer service at the self-checkout counter. The staff that should supposed to help you assist the difficulty to pay at the POS System self-checkout adds on the frustration instead. She was extremely rude and it all says all on her face that she doesn’t like her job. I suggest on training your staffs on what a good customer service is since the POS machine is not smart enough.

When to Jurong point Watson pharmacy around 4pm. I'm so glad that I found the product. Great service by the pharmacists and she done a excellent job of explaining to me the product. Great detail and instructions. I give her 5+star and thank you for the knowledge. So happy that my friend like the product ☺️

On 21sep2024 I went to Jurong point Watson to buy some vitamin for my girls . And after paying everything I open the bottle and I realise it’s opened already and the fish oil is all over the bottle inside so I went back to Watson is 7-8min thing after I buy the stuff ,so I go to the assistant store manger name “MYINT THAN” the way she serve me and her attitude is v bad . Why I will so angry is becos she say “Wa why I exchange for u , u still not happy angry angry uh “ I was like hello ? U are the one not happy and attitude I’m telling u nicely that the vitamin have some problem and den u start with ur Wa cannot be like this ley . I said I bought it just few min ago u can check . And we start have some agure . She still can say I exchange with u still wan to report me uh . Omg I tell myself however ! I will just report u !
