Mailed an item for the first time here and my whole experience from start to finish was great! The woman at Counter 2 (short hair, Chinese and had glasses - apologies for not getting your name) was very patient in explaining the process to me and recommending the best way to ship my fragile item. When I went to wrap my item, another lady came up to me and helped me wrap it up properly without me asking! After I was done with that, I was redirected to another lady at Counter 5 (an Indian woman with her hair tied) who was very patient and nice to me despite also handling another case at the same time. All in all the whole experience was very smooth as the staff here were very nice and accommodating! Apologies for not asking for names and describing the staff based on physical appearance as best as I could 🙏🏼

They are punctual, accurate, e-queue ticket, the queue number will come to your mobile phone. We were served within 3 minutes.

Bad experience, when I went to pay income tax, the staff asked me to swipe my visa card twice, the staff said the first payment failed, and the second time was the same. I told her that the machine showed it was passed, and she found out that it was a system glitch, and actually my account was deducted 2 times. It's almost been a month, the staff said they would check and refund my extra money, and they haven't updated me yet. Everyone please be careful 😭
