Can set up self service kiosk for customers to buy mailing parcel or boxes on their own to cut down waiting time. Too much time wasted just to buy a envelop, tracked parcel, box for mailing…

Loved the Jurong Point SingPost branch, for it's operating hours and also, they are open on the weekends! But, at this outlet, there is an elderly man counter staff who really lacks competency in his work. I was served by him several times at different occasions, and time after time, he would always fail to get my order items or quantity correctly. And to my "pleasant surprise" today, he told me over the counter that SingPost no longer accepts Paywave payments, and told me to prepare cash payment. I was lucky that one of his colleagues told him that he should just process Paywave payment method for me, and there's actually no issues with the system. I can't believe that this staff lied to me in my face. He was also not professional to tell me that he could not do so, as SingPost has recently degraded the Computer systems to systems that literally functions 20 years back... Lastly, this particular staff would also switch in between speaking to me in dialects which I don't understand. I suggest that he should just stick to speaking to me in English.

I had visited Singpost to purchase my CBS report yesterday afternoon 3-4pm, the staff at counter number 4 pass me a form and point me to another side to fill out the form After fill out the form. I came back to the counter and waited for her to serve her customer for about 20mins, when in my turn, she told me in unpleasant way that I should go to another counter by turning her face to her left, as she has a lot of passport collection case to settle (she never looked up at me from the beginning till that moment) I was shocked as my queue number is under her counter but she kept me waiting and push me again to others. Therefore she changed her face in another second after I showed unsatisfied, she quickly stand up and get the form from me and pass the form to her colleague at counter number 2. Thanks to the friendly staff at counter 2 who had settled my enquiry in just 2-3 minutes.

Your ezship self-service is really terrible. It does not even deserve one star. It is not mobile phone friendly and imagine customer has to do all the work which staff just sit there to watch. Previously, it was really fast when I mail out a parcel but now a parcel will take me a whole good 15 minutes just for one parcel and it depends on how fast your system is. Imagine I have 5 parcels to post out and I have to repeat the whole process 5 times????! Aside from that, customer has to zoom in and out from it as it it not phone friendly. Instead of going forward your company is going back. What kind of product is this before you all launch it to us?

Came to collect passport, nothing to complain there, everything was smooth. What I don't like is every time they will be hard selling insurance or credit card either when I'm queuing or when I'm leaving. Even when I said I'm not interested, they will still keep on pushing.

Better experience here compared to Ion or Raffles Place. It’s one of the 2 SingPost open even during public holiday like CNY and Christmas besides Ion Orchard. Lim Siew Choon v patient and helpful in answering queries. Jaslyn was rly helpful, I accidentally left a parcel with a wrong address inside, she helped me fished it out today and got it amended! Kudos to her service 😭

Ok experience, but beware that the First Post Staff work with HSBC offices inside (space must have been rented out). They are hard selling private insurance (will claim to be an upgrade to CPF Careshield Life Program without specifying the fact that you are paying for a stand alone package to 'upgrade') and credit cards. Pls don't be too nice to be led by the First Post usher's into the HSBC office (my naive mistake) especially when you do not have an account with HSBC. Would have reviewed all 5 stars if it wasn't for that uncalled for experience.

I visited SingPost on a Monday morning, and the queue wasn’t long. To save time, I used the SingPost app to register (Q@Post Office). Once the counter opened, my task was completed within minutes. The service was efficient, overall the experience felt average, as there wasn’t much personal interaction. It’s a useful option if you’re in a hurry and want to minimize waiting time. 2 🌟- Below average, need improve 3🌟 - standard, average 4 🌟- standard, above average 5 🌟- Special & Unique
