Unfriendly receptionists with zero patience, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The staffs displayed a complete lack of professionalism. The clinic is likely able to sustain their business due to it being well located and being corporate partner with many companies, providing subsided rates.. It's always a subpar experience, where patient care and satisfaction are never priorities at this clinic. Recommend the general public to avoid, as there are plenty of better family clinics out there. For patients that are under corporate packages, just got to bear with it then. Don't bother calling, the calls are almost never answered.

Lousy work permit examination. Went to so many medical clinic provided the work permit examination standard form. Yet this clinic refused to provide this service without the form. Couldn't accept this poor service and they should stop their service

Would like to highlight this doctor Darren Jude Lam Wei Jie. Previously saw him at Harbourfront raffles clinic before. Totally unprofessional. Kept pushing me to do multiple blood tests that other doctors don't for similar symptoms. Told him chest slight discomfort he said must do ecg if not sending me to A&E giving me pressure. My job is physical workload from time to time we'll be exhausted and unwell, this doctor acted like I'm faking my discomfort/ailment kept using the tone as if I'm a criminal. Today at Jurong Point here he pushed me to do the same blood tests even when my symptoms are totally different. Also selected FIVE medicines for simply headache and giddiness. Also the medicines he selected were all the more-expensive few. Really this doctor zero star, tell him one single symptom he type a whole paragraph. Are we patients his money tree? Are yall that lacking of business you need a doctor to push sales?

I went to get my second dose of vaccination on 14 Nov 3pm. The doctor injected me on the back of my left shoulder where it is closer to the bone. After a few hours I start to feel numb on my left arm. This made me question the qualification skill of that doctor. Isn't injection usually on the upper part of arm where there is more meat rather than the shoulder.
My first dose was on the left arm too and the ache was still manageable and there was no numbness. It was a different doctor who did my first injection.

Writing on behalf on my partner, we walked in to visit the doctor on 23/01/25 at around 2pm and waited for an hr before it was my turn and then it took another 30 + minutes for them to prepare my medicine, the whole process took almost 2 whole hours of my time. Do improve on the waiting time. This clinic has 3 receptionists but take so long just to dispense medicine? That’s funny.

A very impatient female doctor asked, 'So, what is your sickness?' after I told her I was having joint pain, and i received anerex :( Additionally, the receptionist had pink eyes, possibly due to her eyelash extensions or conjunctivitis, which is highly contagious. It is unacceptable for a clinic to have unhealthy staff.

Exceptional Service at Raffles Medical – Jurong Point
Visited the clinic this morning after a fall from my bike on the way to work, which left me with an abrasion wound on my foot. From the moment I stepped in, the professionalism and kindness shown by the entire team were truly impressive.
The Indian sister at the reception was warm and efficient, making registration smooth and stress-free. I was attended to by an Indian female doctor in Room 2 who was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. She took time to explain everything and handled my wound with great care.
A special thanks also to the Chinese girl who did the dressing – she was so kind and gentle. As a 32-year-old male, I genuinely felt like I was being cared for like a little kid – in the best way possible. It was comforting and reassuring.
The entire process, from waiting time to consultation and treatment, was handled seamlessly. I've visited a few Raffles Medical branches before, but the level of service at Raffles Medical Jurong Point truly stands out as the most professional I’ve experienced.
Thank you to the whole team for the outstanding care. Highly recommended!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially the male one. I am normally scared of blood extraction but they were very gentle and reassuring.

I would say if you know what medication you need, you can visit here and get what you need. It's a Sat, the queue is not long, it took me less than 30mins from walk-in/out.
Reception staffs were helpful and polite.

I saw those negative reviews on long waiting time. Pls lah. The queue here will always be long. If cannot wait goto other outlets or come early. I choose here because near my home. I know the nurses and doctors are trying their very best to clear the crowd as much as possible so forgive them if customer service not up to your standard. But despite their busyness, they try to serve the patients as best as they can. Very professional already. I would say they are quite experienced.

Visited at night time. Front desk Chinese lady reception is very efficient. Not sure about others. Indian lady doctor is good but just explain same thing too often. Overall a good and fast experience around 40 mins from walk in to walk out.

The doctor and nurse struggled to draw blood from my arm for medical purposes. They told me they would refer me to their expert nurse who specializes in drawing blood. That’s when I met Ms. Helen at Raffles Jurong Point jolly, full of energy, and clearly experienced. She truly lived up to her reputation. With just one quick and painless poke, she drew the blood effortlessly.

Visited the clinic on Fri afternoon with my son who was having bad diarrhea and high fever. Although the waiting time for consultation and dispensary was long, we were fortunate to meet a great doctor. Dr Daniel Ting was the most patient and gentle doctor we have met in Raffles Medical Jurong Point. He patiently replied to all my questions and even asked if my son has any question for him. Really hope he is on duty if we ever need to visit again (which we hope not happen too often).
