Wish I saw the review prior to going. There's a reason why they have the shortest queues. Hair cutter isn't trained. I'm not even going to call them a stylist, barber.

Worse hair cut I have gotten in my life. If you guys feeling like earning $15 from customer just up the price, what ever hair style we do also ask to add $3, told them usually I comb my hair to left side and ya really left straight line. Omg u guys still have the cheek to put trained hairstylist at your shop.

This incident took place at the Jurong point outlet. I gave instructions and illustrations to this hairstylist, named Gary Gan, he took a glance of what I wanted and proceeded to cut my hair acccording to his own preference, despite me showing him what I wanted in advance. When the haircut was done, he still had the cheek to tell me sarcastically that me there is a bit of my undercut left, I told him calmly in return to might as well just cut the remaining off. Lousy attitude and service, typical PRC wiseass.

One of the worst behaved stylist. Never go here if anyone reads this go to the nearby kcuts or nada for better serivce. If you ever enter here by mistake AVOID THAT RED HAIR LADY i forgot her name It was smthg like LOLISTAM. Her haircut was like her behaviour.

Terrifying experience. No sanitising of tools. Basically cuts are random and messy and the "hairstylist" gaslights you into thinking their work is better than famous hair salons. Randomly charges certain people $12 and others $15.

Utterly garbage unskilled. The barber name Kelly is fine , but the other barber without name tag cutting at 12 March Ard 7pm at Jurong point is utterly garbage. Simple instructions cut until like kns , go at ur own risk

The red-haired barber with her fringe clipped behind went out of her way to demand for an extra $5 when I already paid $10 for a ticket through a machine. Of course, I didn't have to and I walked away. At first, she was very rude to me and told me to wait outside when the seats inside the shop were perfectly empty. She should be dismissed from her job ASAP before any customers have to stomp out of the barber shop burst with anger whilst feeling innocent. Not just a waste of $10, but a huge ruin of my day.

Personally feel the service from Changle is the better one here, at $12 you get what you wanted value to to dollar. Danson asked for $15 (the ticket you have to purchase) when need undercut. The other middle age lady, she probably make hair like back to school time not clean on the edges.

Just had a haircut today. I asked to have a short on top. After telling the stylist again that I want a short in top, the stylist cut the top part. But it is still long. No cleaning on hair using the vacuum. This was my first and last visits.

There's one particularly rude hairstylist who was on duty on the morning of 15th december. Told me to "get out" and no waiting even when there were empty seats. Funny thing was that there was another guy waiting for his friend to finish and he even told him that in mandarin. Probably assumed that I do not understand. Maybe an $8 haircut doesnt comes with good customer service.

Cut my hair by Alice and ended up with choppy and uneven ends at first. Requested to taper my ends and the haircut looks better but when I inspected it closely it's still very uneven. Extremely dissatisfied with the level of hairdressing skills.

Hi. Very bad attitude by the female haircutter name with surname koh. She ask me how to cut. I say slope behind and top. After that she ask in front cut how short. Using a comb to show 2 length. I told the haircutter both length seem fine. Just cut by what she feel is right. Next? The haircutter said this: Anything ar? Cut botak can or not. There are other better choices $10 haircut nearby. I saw the queue at kcut was long, tried my luck at this shop. Now i know why this shop no queue. Lol.

The cape used was covered with the previous person's hair. Hairdresser claims that this is the normal practice because there's no time between customers. Then showed me that she stuffs the cape in the sterilizer with the combs. I would think the hair should at least be brushed and vacuumed. Hairdresser was adamant that this is the normal practice and was unapologetic.

There are 2 price points- $12 for quick cut and $15 for premium cut. If you are going for $15, do ask for the male barber Changle who’s probably the only person worth paying the extra bucks.

For $10 per cut, service rendered is not too bad. Had mine done within 10mins by a male hairstylist Changle at Jurong Point.
