I have been trying to call them at least 7 times since afternoon onwards and none picked up the phone. C'mon guys. We as OPPO users are trying to get our questions answered with the issues that we are surfacing with our phones before we can make our trip down as we do not wanna waste our time coming down and then you guys explaining what is suppose to be done or needed and then we go back and retrieve what is needed or wanted to make a 2nd trip. It's like wasting our time right? The least u can do is put someone near the phone so that they can answer our queries. You may have good phones. Cant deny that. You may have good customer service if you guys are handling us face to face. Can deny that either based on the reviews and ratings. But, How are we suppose to give u good ratings if you people can't even do the bare minimum for people whom wanna get a clarity over the phone before heading down. Especially customers whom are living far off your locations. Please do get this matter sorted out asap and I grade this as a Utterly basic bad customer service provided

the only guy in the store has very bad altitude and service. i am a oppo user for years and looking to upgrade my phone. However being to the JP store a few times, this same guy (cannot remember his name) body language and reply tells me that im only just asking for fun without buying. is that how oppo treat their customer? Are we not allowed to ask the same question each time, as this will piss him off?
