Big thumb-up to Ms Christy. She is a passionate salesperson who serves customers with a smile throughout the conversation, patiently explains to us the features of the products we want to buy, and explains the differences between different models of products in the same category very well based on some practical scenarios. She also helped us to set up the fundamental settings of the product.

I went down to OPPO branch at Jurong Point on 7 Sep 2023. I went to this outlet because I reside at Jurong area and I bought a new OPPO Reno 7. As it was a new mobile phone set, I wasn't sure how to install somethings in it. The OPPO staff was impatient and just handed me a paper with instructions in it without even hearing what my issues were. OPPO can definitely improve its customer service level or OPPO is not too concern on this aspect of their business.

I came to get assistance and the Chinese guy at the front counter was extremely rude. I arrived at 8.45 pm as it was raining and finding a spot to park. It does not take much to be courteous and just say that Customer Service Counter is already closed. Its ok for me to come back the next day but it is awful to told off like that. Need to be more gracious and considerate with the tone of voice. Deserve ZERO star.

. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a great experience at OPPO Jurong Point !The staff member Shyh Yao assisted me was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to explain the different phone models and helped me choose the one that best suited my needs and budget. I really appreciated their honest advice and friendly attitude. Excellent customer service – highly recommended!

I was at OPPO JP to purchase my X8pro, I was serve by Ah Yao, he is professional and patience from explaining the phone details and function to me, really from point to point and what make me more impress is he go to the extend by helping me transfer all my current phone data and pictures to the new hand phone, he really deserve this compliment, excellent service Ah Yao, definitely will recommend my friend to look for him as most of my friends are OPPO fans. 💕
