The waiting time here is horrendous and there’s hardly officers ready to serve you. Despite showing as one of spacious banks the execution of customer service and waiting time is terrible. Will not recommend anyone to be at this particular outlet of OCBC

Worst services from my Singapore experiences (30 years OCBC customer) can imagine. Only care about PRIORITY Custpmers and let others wait for ages. This is not the way of doing FAIR business.

The customer service is really bad. The requirement cannot process digitally and can't check Singpass, CPF?? Staff can't help either then better talk to robots

Super lousy and slow progress, one number queue can take more than 30mins and u can see the staff just walk to other colleague"s seat chit chat, damn shit!

4 ATM machines. 3 broke down. It took more than 45mins to queue for cash deposit in jurong point. Seriously what kind of banking are they in now… probably the worst bank services/facilities I ever come across in Singapore. 2 thumbs DOWN !!

I can't believe the waiting time is so damn long. Waited 1 hour plus my queue number still not called yet!!!!!!! Only 2 or 3 counters open. I know you all want to cut down counter n expect people go online but doesn't mean we need too wait that dam long!!!! Worse than seeing doctor!!!! Where is the customer services and the waiting time!!!!

Very unprofessional and unorganized
Wanted to open a saving account told me to prepare the require documents. Which is normal so I go back and prepare it.
On the same day I go back with the document they ask but was rejected saying need other documents. I starting to get angry but Ok, maybe is some misunderstanding or miscommunication. I double confirm it this time and go back to get the other documents
On the very same day, I go back but rejected again. I have been going back and forth which take the whole afternoon wasted. The reason they told me is I did not meet the requirements and don’t even need the documents in the place
They could had told me from the start so I dun have to waste my whole afternoon and could had gone to other bank.

Very efficient on locking your account, without notification. Bad service when asking for reasons and actions. Directly recommend me to open another account with another bank. Tell me my salary can’t come in because higher level department do checking and lock my account.
