The waiting time here is horrendous and there’s hardly officers ready to serve you. Despite showing as one of spacious banks the execution of customer service and waiting time is terrible. Will not recommend anyone to be at this particular outlet of OCBC

4 ATM machines. 3 broke down. It took more than 45mins to queue for cash deposit in jurong point. Seriously what kind of banking are they in now… probably the worst bank services/facilities I ever come across in Singapore. 2 thumbs DOWN !!

I can't believe the waiting time is so damn long. Waited 1 hour plus my queue number still not called yet!!!!!!! Only 2 or 3 counters open. I know you all want to cut down counter n expect people go online but doesn't mean we need too wait that dam long!!!! Worse than seeing doctor!!!! Very unprofessional and unorganized
Wanted to open a saving account told me to prepare the require documents. Which is normal so I go back and prepare it.
On the same day I go back with the document they ask but was rejected saying need other documents. I starting to get angry but Ok, maybe is some misunderstanding or miscommunication. I double confirm it this time and go back to get the other documents
On the very same day, I go back but rejected again. I have been going back and forth which take the whole afternoon wasted. The reason they told me is I did not meet the requirements and don’t even need the documents in the place
They could had told me from the start so I dun have to waste my whole afternoon and could had gone to other bank.

Very efficient on locking your account, without notification. Bad service when asking for reasons and actions. Directly recommend me to open another account with another bank. Tell me my salary can’t come in because higher level department do checking and lock my account.

I was told by the staff of the FRANK store in NTU to come to this branch to apply for the tuition fee loan because it was already past operating hours. Then, when I arrived at this branch, the staff told me that I must have a FRANK account before applying for the loan. She then told me a FRANK account must be opened at a FRANK store. It was so contradictory. However, Google and the application steps didn't even mention this step. It was such a horrible experience.

The waiting time was really horrendous. This branch opens at 11am. I reached here and got a queue number at 11:04am. To my astonishment, there were already 20 customers in front of my queue number. Moreover the branch has limited seating spaces and there are only 3 customer service counters. While I'm writing this review, I looked at my watch and the time tells me it's 12:15pm. More than an hour and it's still nowhere near my queue number. As a long time OCBC customer, I can't help being immensely disappointed.

Ridiculous and unproductive bank! We wanted to settle our outstanding car loan quickly so we can move on. We called hotline earlier and waited 3 hours when they promised to come back with final figures but didn’t happen. We went to the Jurong branch thinking their system would have the final figures. But there’s nothing they can do. Even the supervisors or managers is useless saying we have to wait for their response and cannot promise when. What kind of service is this?

Who want to go ocbc jurong point better dont go..the counter only open 2 counter only...the worse in singapore... waiting time almost 2 hours...if u just outside/major can settle no need go to counter.but if the office standing said that u need to go to the counter.better go other place...knn
