Came here to try the new cheesy fish burger but left super disappointed.. it was $7 just for the burger and although the cold slaw on top was good, there was almost zero cheese pull in the fish despite the ironic sticker on the burger labelled “caution hot”. there was no melty cheese or whatsoever, felt like just a normal piece of cheese. Not worth it allllll dont get it if you are expecting oozing hot cheese please. Also i think they might be understaffed, came around 3 pm and there were two people trying to finish both in store and grab orders so my order took close to 15 mins 😥😥 Came here again on a thursday night to eat the new pollock student burger set, disappointed again because the fish burger’s sauce was literally only a dollop like it was pathetic as compared to the normal fish burger 😬also had to wait 30 mins…long wait again for “fast” food😀

Likes their milk tea and rice burger, nothing to complaint except of their self order machine always breakdown or responding super slow…

I love their onion rings, it's a good deal to share, and their hotdog is delicious. I didn't fancy the Wagyu beef patty and I prefer the chicken drumsticks. Dining experience can be better.

The worst delivery mistake is when we requested no onions, they always put onions, my son is allergy to this. I am very angry with Mos, chef not reading the order carefully. Everything you do this mistake, I have to run to a hawker centre to buy a rice dish for him. This is very bad and I will not hesitate to take further action on your service level. I tried calling the JP 1, phone but no one picks up the call. My order No.9398 ordered on the 4 Jan 2024.

The food was really delicious despite I eat many times. But today I order to my office. I stated there no ice for my drink but the staff still put ice instead. I put no mayo for my burger but still have mayo inside my burger.
