Ordered the Hot Fudge Sundae at McDonald's and received a pathetic drizzle of hot fudge sauce. The portion was shockingly minimal—it barely covered a quarter of the ice cream. Felt cheated, please improve your quality control and consistency!

I bought a Sausage EggMuffin meal this morning, request the Staff- Manager (Malay man) for ketchup only because inside the packing does not have any sauce. He only gave me 1 pkt then I requested again for more but he also gave me 1 pkt only with black face. Early morning I have to face with this kind of bad energy. I knew is Monday blue but life still to go on you still need to work. Not first time this store's staff react unhappy towards the customers. Previously I ordered a breakfast meal with milo, they gave me black coffee (I couldn't take coffee because I have allergy towards coffee bean) so I talk nicely to one of the lady staff that the order is wrong and request to change. But she was so unhappy to change for me. Is this the service you give to customer? 1. If your store provides the sauce in pkt at self service then customers will not come and ask you for it. 2. That is your responsibility to check the order before handling to customer. If you unhappy to attend to customer then should not stand at the frontlines.

9/2/2025 Failed filet-o-fish. Fish and cheese displace a lot from the bun 8/1/2025 There to try their new beef Deluxe truffle cheese burger. Recommend to separate the cheese stick out from the burger. The sauce overcome the taste of the cheese. Shaka chicken is good too

Think Jurong Point McDonald’s is one of the busiest outlet. Recently renovated, and the outlet is very welcoming. Beautiful aesthetics. Always packed, but the store managers as well as staffs are always very helpful. Observed a few times where the store managers, Joanne will be there to help the families to find seats, especially those with baby prams. Bound to be abit of wait because of the crowd and queues, but I think still 👍🏼!
