The aircon is not cold enough making the place stuffy & hot. Pls make sure the place is well ventilated to make dining more pleasant. Food is not hot and ice latte coffee very dilute. Hope that staff service can be better.

Arrived at 9.50pm. I, along with other customers, were abruptly forced off the self‑order kiosk by your male staff (wearing red Tshirt),your Indian outlet manager’s instruction. This unexpected early shutdown was inconvenient & unexplained. Also - very rowdy behaviour from your staff in the back kitchen! Raising their voice etc. Why are your self-order kiosks closing more than 2 hours early when your closing time is 12am today?

Ordered upsize smoky chilli mayo mcspicy meal which comes with large criss cut fries. However, the portion for the criss cut fries is damn pathetic. Burger was already cold and drinks were diluted. I ordered at around 11.30pm which is 30 minutes before closing therefore it is the reason why the food given is cold and pathetic as they were rushing for closing. Do not dine in or takeaway from here prior to 1hr before their closing. Service was very bad and I had to even ask for my food if it was already prepare or not.

Yesterday on 14 July 2025 waited around 50 minutes since I order via MCD at 10:40pm apps when I seated table 134 & my receipt 9775. He Malay or she Malay or Indian I think managers told me to PLS WAIT abit in rude manner. And my food came at 11:30pm!! 😡

I placed my order at 10:08 PM and waited for 30 minutes, but the food never arrived. I went to the counter to check, and the manager said table service usually takes longer. I accepted that and went back to wait again. After another 10 minutes with still no food, I decided to ask for a refund, which they processed. However, by that time, all the other shops had already closed. I ended up going home hungry and had to cook instant noodles for dinner. This was a really frustrating experience. While I appreciate the refund, the long wait and poor communication ruined my evening. I hope the service can be improved to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Ordered the Hot Fudge Sundae at McDonald's and received a pathetic drizzle of hot fudge sauce. The portion was shockingly minimal—it barely covered a quarter of the ice cream. Felt cheated, please improve your quality control and consistency!

I bought a Sausage EggMuffin meal this morning, request the Staff- Manager (Malay man) for ketchup only because inside the packing does not have any sauce. He only gave me 1 pkt then I requested again for more but he also gave me 1 pkt only with black face. Early morning I have to face with this kind of bad energy. I knew is Monday blue but life still to go on you still need to work. Not first time this store's staff react unhappy towards the customers. Previously I ordered a breakfast meal with milo, they gave me black coffee (I couldn't take coffee because I have allergy towards coffee bean) so I talk nicely to one of the lady staff that the order is wrong and request to change. But she was so unhappy to change for me. Is this the service you give to customer? 1. If your store provides the sauce in pkt at self service then customers will not come and ask you for it. 2. That is your responsibility to check the order before handling to customer. If you unhappy to attend to customer then should not stand at the frontlines.

9/2/2025 Failed filet-o-fish. Fish and cheese displace a lot from the bun 8/1/2025 There to try their new beef Deluxe truffle cheese burger. Recommend to separate the cheese stick out from the burger. The sauce overcome the taste of the cheese. Shaka chicken is good too

Think Jurong Point McDonald’s is one of the busiest outlet. Recently renovated, and the outlet is very welcoming. Beautiful aesthetics. Always packed, but the store managers as well as staffs are always very helpful. Observed a few times where the store managers, Joanne will be there to help the families to find seats, especially those with baby prams. Bound to be abit of wait because of the crowd and queues, but I think still 👍🏼!
