I am delighted to leave a glowing review for Mr. Ish at Lenskart Jurong Point! We visited the store yesterday to collect our daughter's glasses, and although the process took a bit of time due to the necessary adjustments, we had a wonderful experience overall.
While waiting, my wife decided to take advantage of the buy 1 get 1 free promotion and was interested in getting two pairs for herself. At that moment, all the sales staff were busy assisting other customers. That’s when Mr. Ish, a tall gentleman with a well-groomed beard, approached us even while he was attending to another client. We were thrilled to see him again, as he had previously assisted us during our daughter’s purchase, and we specifically came back looking for him.
I was incredibly impressed with how Mr. Ish took the time to explain the different types of lenses and their benefits to my wife, all while skillfully managing his other customer. His ability to give us personalized attention, despite being busy, truly stood out. What made the experience even more special was the fact that he is Punjabi but speaks fluent Tamil, which delighted my wife and made her feel more at ease during the process.
Mr. Ish’s in-depth knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers were evident throughout our interaction. He went above and beyond to ensure that we felt valued and understood. It’s clear that he not only understands the products but also knows how to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for his customers.

This is honestly the worst system I’ve ever encountered. Once a mobile number is registered, you can’t change it — even if you no longer have access to that number. I had to register a new account with my new number, and now I can’t even see my old orders anymore. This is unacceptable. Totally disappointed.
