This is honestly the worst system I’ve ever encountered. Once a mobile number is registered, you can’t change it — even if you no longer have access to that number. I had to register a new account with my new number, and now I can’t even see my old orders anymore. This is unacceptable. Totally disappointed.

This has been the most frustrating and disappointing online purchase experience of my life. I ordered spectacles online, which arrived today. Upon attempting a necessary minor frame adjustment at the Lenskart shop, the staff informed me that the frame would not be covered by warranty should she accidentally break it. The staff claimed the frame did not belong to Lenskart (apparently because it lacked a Lenskart code), despite my providing the delivery note. Frame adjustment only proceeded after several rounds of heated discussion, arguments, presenting the online order confirmation, and the intervention of another staff member (appear to be a more senior staff member). This entire ordeal should have been avoided if it had been known that the frame had a zero-day warranty for online purchases. If that's the case, why should anyone purchase frames from Lenskart online with a zero-day warranty? It seems I was foolish to continue buying from them and didn't learn from the previous experience that the Lenskart frame broke after three months of use.

never had a good experience ordering contact lenses from lenskart! went down to vivo outlet to collect my previous order after confirming with their whatsapp but got told lenses couldn’t be dispensed that day. this time round, my order was delayed by 28 days and only got to know that it’s ready for collection after contacting customer service.

We visited the store yesterday to collect our daughter's glasses, and although the process took a bit of time due to the necessary adjustments, we had a wonderful experience overall. While waiting, my wife decided to take advantage of the buy 1 get 1 free promotion and was interested in getting two pairs for herself. At that moment, all the sales staff were busy assisting other customers. That’s when Mr. Ish, a tall gentleman with a well-groomed beard, approached us even while he was attending to another client. We were thrilled to see him again, as he had previously assisted us during our daughter’s purchase, and we specifically came back looking for him. I was incredibly impressed with how Mr. Ish took the time to explain the different types of lenses and their benefits to my wife, all while skillfully managing his other customer. His ability to give us personalized attention, despite being busy, truly stood out. What made the experience even more special was the fact that he is Punjabi but speaks fluent Tamil, which delighted my wife and made her feel more at ease during the process. Mr. Ish’s in-depth knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers were evident throughout our interaction. He went above and beyond to ensure that we felt valued and understood. It’s clear that he not only understands the products but also knows how to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for his customers. Staffs are friendly and one of them, Mr Alan is very professional when doing eye checking, including providing suggestions and advices for progressive lenses that I need.
