Dear KFC Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at your KFC outlet in Jurong Point on March 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM. I ordered the Ramadan Feast Meal (10 pieces of chicken and 8 tenders) for takeaway, with a total cost of $40 (Receipt No. 8835). Upon receiving my order, I was extremely disappointed to find that only 8 pieces of chicken were included instead of the 10 pieces as advertised. When I approached the staff for clarification, they ignored my request. It was only after I raised my voice that they reluctantly handed me 2 small pieces of chicken, without any apology or acknowledgment of their mistake. This level of service is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there were no other customers at the counter, meaning this was not a case of being overwhelmed or busy—it was simply a lack of professionalism and care. Additionally, the manager refused to address my concerns, further reflecting poor leadership and customer service. Unfortunately, my disappointment did not end there. Upon reaching home, my family and I found that the chicken was of extremely poor quality, both in taste and texture—far worse than what we have come to expect from KFC. It is clear that both the service and food standards have deteriorated significantly. After this unacceptable experience, I have decided that I will no longer patronize any KFC outlet in the future. I urge you to take immediate action to improve the training and accountability of your staff, as well as to ensure the quality of your food meets the standards KFC is known for. I expect a response addressing my concerns and an explanation of what actions will be taken to rectify such issues. Regards,

The coffee was 3/4 full each time I order have checked with the staff before was told it was programmed that way..

The twister was not serve in a box anymore instead in an aluminium foil. It's was hot that I hv to used a fork and knife. And the paper from the foil was stick on the food.

25 mins waiting time. Double down is hot but less cheese and noodle. Original chicken is served very cold. Staff and customer almost get into a physical fight too. Air con broke down for a while. There were flies around

Total rubbish service I have juz ordered a coffee and no numbers was ever called upon. Juz bcos i juz ordered coffee and was not served? Tillu i had to ask counter. Was told to wait Another 10 min gone by. Total wait 15 min. Thanks kfc for such slippery services. Will not recommend to my friends and relatives

I have upgraded KFC Jurong Point from 2 stars to 4 stars now. Recently, I bought two sets of 2 pieces chicken meal and opted for white coffee for one of the drinks. It’s healthier than coke. Overall, we are pleased with the food quality and speed of the preparation. The staff is also friendly.

Food has no problems, tasted like any other KFC The service was also not bad, the cashier patiently waited, the restaurant was not crowded and the waiting time is around 5 mins

During my visit on Xmas eve morning... Clean and tidy restaurant. Friendly Staff at front counter. Ample seating space. Hand wash area with soap is available on site.
