Great expectation from ghost pepper wings. Spicy as usual and member is super polite. Place clean n quiet. Great for chats over meal

KFC Mofusand plushie launch day where the queue for plushie ends around 930am when the staff announce they have ran out of queue tickets to give based on queue length. Reached there 5 mins earlier and were one of the last to get. Took 3 hrs from queueing to getting my food with plushie. The staff was managing the queue well this round as most were seated before 11am. Cereal chicken was quite ok though most customers were not really for the food and the restaurant was probably only quarter full with customers during lunch.

Ordered takeaway from your outlet. Reached home and was about to consume it. To my horror, this is what I get when I open the lid! It's untouched, not shaken not stirred. Looks really disgusting 🤢

Ordered food delivery through a food app on 10/12/2024. I understand it was quite late at night at 10pm+ and the store was going to close at 11pm. But it doesn't mean that you can simply miss out a meal. I called KFC Jurong Point to ask regarding a missing meal, the manager picked up and said he will get back regarding this mishap. Not even 10 seconds later, he ended the phone call. A truly upsetting experience. If you are unable to explain what happened, at least have the decency to apologise. You are working as a service staff, if a customer asks a question regarding a meal, do your best to answer. Not just simply say something and then cut off the phone call. I'm very disappointed in how this was handled. I had to escalate to the delivery app instead even though it was not their fault. KFC please teach your staff simple staff etiquette. Especially being a manager, if you are a higher up, you were promoted for a reason. I am not writing this review to be contacted and be reimbursed or whatsoever. This is to simply let this branch know to step up their service.

Hey! I ordered a 2 PC chicken meal from you guys and sad to say that I think the chickens that you guys made are not well fed. There was barely any meat and all skin! Even the chickens right below my neighbourhood looks well fed and cared for compared to the chickens you guys served us. I'm extremely disappointed and I hope that you guys will start taking good care of ur chickens! Thank you! 🙏🏼😊
