There is a 1st time I am collecting high blood pressure medical but heard from the Doctor cannot provide M.C.
The doctor is named Dr Isaac Ng.
How come? That is unreasonable really.
Clinic operation hours are normal working hours the same as usual other working hours. That means telling our all patients collection for medical required should not visit the clinic on normal working hours?
I hope the HMI group should have heard about it. Because this really is not fair to patients. We are working at SG also. Hope HMI Group can understand. Thanks.
I hope Dr Isaac Ng does no more harm to patients benefit. Due cause me unpaid leave today.

We have been sending our staff to OneCare Jurong Point for medical examinations for quite some time now. In the past, the service was commendable, particularly thanks to a Filipina staff member before who was consistently polite, helpful, and accommodating. Her professionalism and customer service truly set a high standard.
However, the quality of service has significantly declined recently. The current front desk staff, particularly of Indian descent, have been repeatedly rude and unprofessional. When we call the clinic, they either hang up immediately after answering or tell us to call back because they are “busy,” often in an extremely curt and disrespectful tone. There is no effort to be polite, not even 1%.
In-person service has also become unacceptable. Our staff are left waiting without assistance, and help only comes after we raise a complaint. This is far from the supportive and professional environment we experienced before.
To make matters worse, the turnaround time for medical reports has increased from 2–3 days to 5 days or more, without clear explanation or improvement in service quality.
We strongly urge OneCare Clinic Jurong Point to review their customer service standards and provide proper training to their current staff. Respect, politeness, and basic professionalism should be a non-negotiable standard, especially in a healthcare setting.

Do not go to this clinic. Totally unreliable. I was there last Friday morning for simple consultation for flu and cough. I specially told the doctor i had been self medicating last week or two but my symptoms got worse so it looks like I need stronger meds. Despite that the doctor still prescribe me with over the counter meds (difflam for sore throat, zrytec for flu, panadol for fever, etc) some of which I had already taken for a week and did not work.
Worse case is I had to ask the doctor; “ Erm shouldn’t you also take my temperature just to see if I had fever”
whereupon only then did he took mine, realized it was a little high and then prescribe me meds for fever.
I visited this clinic because it look like the one with the less queue and turns out there is a good reason for it. I haven’t got better and I had completed the full course of the meds and today I will need to see another doctor as my cough worsened. I would certainly avoid this clinic.
