1. Wait Time: The wait time for my medical checkup was unusually long. I understand that these processes can take time, but the extended wait made the experience quite challenging and inconvenient.
2. Space Constraints: The limited space available at your clinic made the wait even more uncomfortable. Adequate space for patients to wait comfortably can significantly improve the overall experience.
3. Communication: I was informed that I could collect my medical report on Thursday. To ensure a smooth process, I attempted to call ahead of my visit, but unfortunately, my calls went unanswered throughout the entire day. Timely communication is crucial, especially for individuals trying to manage their schedules efficiently.
4. Receptionist Interaction: During my interactions with your receptionist, I encountered a lack of patience and found their attitude to be less than accommodating. A welcoming and helpful demeanor can go a long way in enhancing the patient experience.

July 27, 2023, Visit:
During my first visit on July 27, I was scheduled for a free-of-charge review of my health check-up report and also received the first jab of the Twinrix vaccine. However, this visit was marred by a series of administrative and billing issues:
Upon arrival, the clinic staff appeared unaware of my booking, requiring me to provide multiple documents and booking details repeatedly. This clearly indicated a lack of proper record-keeping.
I was wrongly charged a consultation fee by an Indian woman at the counter, even though my visit was supposed to be free-of-charge. Her response to my inquiry about this fee was impatient and unprofessional.
It was only after another counter staff corrected the mistake that I was informed there should be no consultation fee for my review.
Today's Visit (September 11, 2023):
I called ahead today to confirm the availability of a doctor for my second Twinrix vaccine jab and was told it would be possible for me to come in at 1:15 pm. However, upon arriving at the clinic and inquiring about registering for the vaccine, I encountered further issues:
The same Indian woman at the counter hastily informed me that the clinic does not provide vaccines. This was in direct contradiction to the information I received over the phone.
When I explained that I had called earlier and was assured of vaccine availability, her confusion persisted until a colleague intervened to clarify that the doctor would be back at 2 pm.
At 1:58 pm, I returned to the clinic to register for the vaccine as per the information given. The staff initially refused to register me, despite my double confirmation of the 2:00 pm timing. After a brief argument, she reluctantly agreed to register me.
The doctor returned at 2:22 pm, which already deviated from the promised time, and there was a conspicuous lack of urgency in his demeanor.
Even when the doctor returned, my turn was not called until 3:00 pm, causing significant delay and inconvenience.

Its a good place for medical checkup and x-ray for renew WP. I would rate 5 star if only could get the clear information of x-ray which need go to the x-ray room where is outside and at the corner. Also tell me "its all here" instead saying nothing and walk away. A tips for anyone see this, unless you in a hurry, never queue the Indian workers line.

Doctor is not professional and not reliable. Staff has no idea when the doctor will be in especially weekend and keep telling patients come back next week. Many patients came twice but doctor was not around. Service is bad. If anyone under MHC group, can proceed to another clinic just right inside name Point Medical Group. Do not recommend to do pre-employment examination here. PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS CLINIC.

Personally I'm going to avoid Jurong Point for future appointments reason being;
1) Hard to locate....circle around just to find it, waste of time. Look for Joy japanese food street and u will find a signboard that will lead you up to medical services.
2) Corridor is super narrow and clinics are small, not able to contain human traffic volume. Lots of people spilling over the corridors making it pretty difficult to walk.

Was there today for a consultation for my fever and sore throat. The receptionist (Red hair and Shirt) was really pleasant in registering me as a patient. However, while waiting for my consultation, I noticed workplace bullying when the 2 other receptionist asking her why she hasn’t “woken up” and “blur” etc, all while she was overwhelmed with registration, handing out MCs and prescriptions.

1)Bad experience staff don't pick up call
2) 1st question they will ask cliam insurance?
3) doctor not intensive knock on door b4 enter , still using hp till I have to greet hello than he put his hp down
4) heard staff talking to patient " today claim exceed , some amount they will issue next day
5) giving medication + a lot of unnecessary 5 different types of medication that does not apply to ( staff stated in case I need )

There is a 1st time I am collecting high blood pressure medical but heard from the Doctor cannot provide M.C.
The doctor is named Dr Isaac Ng.
How come? That is unreasonable really.
Clinic operation hours are normal working hours the same as usual other working hours. That means telling our all patients collection for medical required should not visit the clinic on normal working hours?
I hope the HMI group should have heard about it. Because this really is not fair to patients. We are working at SG also. Hope HMI Group can understand. Thanks.
I hope Dr Isaac Ng does no more harm to patients benefit. Due cause me unpaid leave today.

We have been sending our staff to OneCare Jurong Point for medical examinations for quite some time now. In the past, the service was commendable, particularly thanks to a Filipina staff member before who was consistently polite, helpful, and accommodating. Her professionalism and customer service truly set a high standard.
However, the quality of service has significantly declined recently. The current front desk staff, particularly of Indian descent, have been repeatedly rude and unprofessional. When we call the clinic, they either hang up immediately after answering or tell us to call back because they are “busy,” often in an extremely curt and disrespectful tone. There is no effort to be polite, not even 1%.
In-person service has also become unacceptable. Our staff are left waiting without assistance, and help only comes after we raise a complaint. This is far from the supportive and professional environment we experienced before.
To make matters worse, the turnaround time for medical reports has increased from 2–3 days to 5 days or more, without clear explanation or improvement in service quality.
We strongly urge OneCare Clinic Jurong Point to review their customer service standards and provide proper training to their current staff. Respect, politeness, and basic professionalism should be a non-negotiable standard, especially in a healthcare setting.

Do not go to this clinic. Totally unreliable. I was there last Friday morning for simple consultation for flu and cough. I specially told the doctor i had been self medicating last week or two but my symptoms got worse so it looks like I need stronger meds. Despite that the doctor still prescribe me with over the counter meds (difflam for sore throat, zrytec for flu, panadol for fever, etc) some of which I had already taken for a week and did not work.
Worse case is I had to ask the doctor; “ Erm shouldn’t you also take my temperature just to see if I had fever”
whereupon only then did he took mine, realized it was a little high and then prescribe me meds for fever.
I visited this clinic because it look like the one with the less queue and turns out there is a good reason for it. I haven’t got better and I had completed the full course of the meds and today I will need to see another doctor as my cough worsened. I would certainly avoid this clinic.

Would give 6 stars if possible. The service I have experienced was one rare and pleasant of many experiences regarding clinic visits. For context, I came to JurPoint Medicare as a last resort to get a medical checkup, including an X-Ray, for school enrollment. I have visited 3 other medical centres around Jurong, prior to coming to JurPoint. The responses got in those visits were either disappointing or discouraging because of price or unavailability of the service. However, when I came to JurPoint, they were helpful in their responses and assistant in the process of getting my medical checkup done. Counter staff were very polite and affirming when we expressed our terrible experience in trying to get our medical checkup done around other places in Jurong. The process of getting the X-Ray was fast and the pricing was reasonable. 10/10 would come again! Kudos to the amazing counter staff, especially the man in specs, who spoke in Malay! (he was the one who served us) :DD

A group of friends and I were looking for a clinic to do our medical checkup for tertiary enrollment and we came across this clinic nearest to the escalator.
There were 2 female admin staff and another male one (the staffs said he was a nurse) at the counter. We explained that we needed to do medical check ups (xray, blood test and vaccination if needed) as per required by our schools.
The male nurse was friendly and VERY knowledgeable. He advised us to take the vaccination instead of the blood test as it would better meet our school’s requirements. This really saved a lot of our time and unnecessary money spent (as even though we could take the blood test that was optional by the school, our body’s antibodies might be low and we will stay need to take the vaccination anyways. Might as well just get the vaccination and boost our immunity, win win!) He even helped us booked an appointment at that novena clinic. 🥹
My friends and I have never went to a clinic with such great hospitality and we really appreciate it since we’ve been running around and going to 4 clinics to ask if they could do medical checkups for tertiary enrollment (not all clinics can do that). Will definitely be coming back, thankyou!

At first quite skeptical because of all the poor reviews. But their counter staff are very friendly and helpful. Seeing doctor was very fast and efficient. He was very detailed as well. You might want to consider going here if you don’t like long queues and slow service.
