All the negative reviews probably will agree with me on the lady, very bad attitude. To those who want to sell your items here, skip it. Because of this lady, I decided not to buy. Typical old lady who tries to butt in to lecture other people's kids and make them cry, despite the parents already trying their best. My kid just wanted to take one of the item, but we already stopped him, when this lady came and interfere. After I decided not to buy, the lady gave a sarcastic response. Erm hello? Of course I'm not buying anymore, you made my kid cry for no reason. To this lady, we are not expecting you to smile at your job but at least don't behave like we owe you.

There was this plus plus plus size lady who was very mean and sarcastic. If you’re so unhappy with ur life u should stay at home. It wasn’t even busy at the time and she can’t even provide a proper service , wasn’t even expecting her to smile and be gentle but atleast don’t be rude when ur customer is being nice.

happened to be at jurong point and there were official and non official kpop merch. the staff were polite and helpful that day.(they smths follow you around) the albums were priced alright by those who rented the shelf. You can find signed merch and pre-order albums. They have other things like jewellery and anime merch. Small collectibles. I came there for kpop merch but some other things looked overpriced

always good to have one of these around - love browsing the different shelves. while the variety may depend, you do get the usual trading cards stuff, fashion accessories, toy collectibles (including Pops), and mobile tech stuff like cables and charges.
