Just for entering the shop on 3/4/25 (8.29pm). A lady in her 40s or 50s, not sure owner or employee, was rude as i entered the stall wearing raincoat as outside is raining heavily, to have a look in the stall to see if I can purchase anything told me I am making her floor wet. I just got mood and walked out of the stall . Such a bad manner not knowing how to talk to customers.

The lady store employee was very rude to me today and I will not allow that kind of disrespect. I wanted to look through the squishies locker and she scolded me loudly and humiliated me in front of the whole store for squishing the squishy which i apologized for for the first time. Subsequently as i was holding on to the squishies she scolded me a second time for squishing the squishies which i didnt and told me that if i cant control myself to not squish them that i can only see behind the closed glass door of the locker??? Then proceeded to talk to the other employee infront of me saying to be careful because of the type of bag i brought( the uniqlo dumpling sling bag) was very easy to steal things? HUHHH?!?! the whole experience was stressful,pressuring because she just stood there at the side watching and accusing me and just overall unpleasant . The whole experience ruined my day which is sad because i do love the things in hako and have bought many things from them and supported them but this customer service is very unacceptable

My 8 year old daughter bought a slime which they didn't add enough activator or something along that line. When We brought back, they told us to buy an activator to add in. We bought a complete product, if we want to make our own slime, we would have done so. It is like buying a shirt from Girodano and found out it has a missing button and they ask me to buy a set of new buttons, not just 1 but a set. Anyway just beware of their business ethics. Anyway We let our daughter handles everything so she said she will never be back and ask all her friends to stay away from Hako.

The Chinese auntie lady staff was very disrespectful to customers. The item was locked so obviously I need to wait for her assistant, she was settling cashier as I was waiting she shouted "what?!" at me. When I pointed the item I wanted to purchased with a smile, she rolled her eyes and talked chinese with the other customer. When she was done settling, she go to me and said "what" again instead saying nicely. Terrible customer service and bad experience.

bought clay back in jan and the clay was watery. thought that it was just a slight problem but didn’t care much of it. however, when I bought slime today for $6.90, the slime was just glue and melted. it’s not even slime? at least provide us activator if you know that the slime will melt. buy from other brands such as turtle in westgate or sparkle just at basement 1. the slime sticks to my table and clothes and my hand feels itchy after touching the slime. is this even approved? selling “slime” but it ends up being some sticky liquid.
