Worst attitude service. I bought so many pants. Therefore, every pants I requested for alteration service, after wore for few times the sewing thread or wore out. When I bring back and raise the issue to them, they are not willing to accept and pushing the responsible. At the last they repair back the sewing thread for me, but after repaired still the same. So is the tailor problem or the shop worker didn’t mention clearly? I even highlighted to them, please request your tailor to sew back propley, because this is not the first pants happen, it happened serveral time. Hence, I found that the tailor service and skill provide was truly bad. The sewing thread gap was far from each others compare to outside tailor. Maybe I should try others outlets alteration services. Truly no comment and disappointed.

Haven't shopped there for soooooo many years since the 2000s.
1) Hated their offers where you have to buy two items. I normally don't like the other one.
2) The polo tees have lycra in them which makes me sweat a lot. Remember those with the numbers on the sleeve?
3) Unimaginative staid designs that lack fashion flair.
4) No innovation in terms of cut or fabric.
5) Will do if you just want to cover yourself with something.

Disgusting Price of this stall, one pants only worth 32.5 dollars plus, tells you buy one get one free in total i got two pants for 75 dollars, never state price tag of the pants too. Cheats customer. Not worth it. Can someone tell me whats so special about this pants that one costs for 75 dollor and get one free total two for 75 dollars? If you wish only to buy only one pants, please don't come to this particular name of this shop.Not worth it. Disgusting whatever of this seller.

Purchase two pairs of jeans on 22 April, requested alteration. Staff measured the length over long, but insist it’s correct. I requested 37 inch but she insist 39 is the right length for me. Informed me to collect on 27 April.
I returned on 29 April to collect my jeans but was informed my jeans “were lost”, requested me to come back again on 2 May to collect two new pairs of jeans.
2 May came back, different staff on duty. Turns out the jeans were too long for me, as expected. I couldn’t get angry at this staff because not her fault, and the staff at fault was nowhere to be found.
