On Sunday I went to ask the salesperson, Isham, to show me the difference between the models of vacuum that can mopped as well and he really gave very honest and detailed explanation of the pro and cons of the vacuum. He continues to show good attitude even though I didn't buy on the spot. Today I went back to purchase though I can find elsewhere selling cheaper and ask them to price match on the item. Very good service. 👍

Went to look for a vacuum at courts, met hisham who came across as sincere, honest, down to earth, patient and knowlegeable. He not only give good advice for the products that he knows well, but for those he isnt, he is honest to say he isnt and will get someone else to help. Ended up buying 2 bosch vacuum and other items like iron, microwave and water filter on separate trips. Because i feel that i can trust him. Good job!

Yesterday around 320pm I reached this outlet and not sure about my purchase of bed and sofa and dining table. The lady I didn't get her name, approached me and was so good at doing her job. Very knowledgeable about courts product and I really enjoy shopping at courts again. After decided on the type of bed I need, she and her lady colleague even try to help me find the sofa I wanted to purchase that wasn't on display. Oh also, very patient with me picking my dining table. I really appreciate the shopping experience. Gold star customer service and team you have there. Definitely coming back to this outlet.

Was looking for a laptop but unsure what to choose based on our budget and needs. Grateful to be served by Yuen, who patiently answered all our questions and explained the differences between the three models we shortlisted. With his help, we confidently chose a Lenovo laptop that best suited our requirements—and my kid loved it too! Also appreciate Sharil for assisting with the payment and recommending we sign up for the Courts membership to earn points for future purchases. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfying shopping experience at Courts.
