Wanted to get a pair of shoes for my son. Noticed one side is not balance and out of shape. The staff said will change a pair for me. But when I checked, it still the same. I suspect she didn't change a pair and took out the same one.

@ 1320pm, asked for a pair of full black shoes that's NON-SLIP / ANTI-SLIP (needed it for work purpose) was recommended to a pair of black asics by the staff on duty (middle aged lady with specs), staff told me to trust her, so I purchased it; but it ended up being very SLIPPERY and it's very uncomfortable as there isn't any cushion inside the shoes. Tried calling the store numerous times, but nobody is picking up the call. I feel cheated as the shoes cost nearly $100 and the quality trusted is unworthy.

I have visited Bata showroom Jurong point today. Being a member, I have received a promo code from bata club for my birthday month, which can be redeemed online and offline. But their system was taking too long to claim that promo code. I was waiting for 20 mins but no success. Then I proceeded to purchase without that promo code, as it was not working!! I FELT CHEATED BY BATA!!! Worst experience

Great place to buy the kids, men and women formal , fancy and sports shoe. Certainly got good collection of shoe.For diabetic , this outlet got the specialised models. For women I believe got several choices and unique models of the chappals , sandals and shoe. For kids also got good collection . Nearest MRT is Boonley. This outlet gor even hanks bags for women. If you are visiting any attraction in Jurong side , suggest to visit this store if you are in need of some good shoes.

Has been around since my secondary school days. I love it..... everything is reasonably priced bring back sweet memories. But ended up buying nothing. LOL. Now my daughter already in secondary school but she prefer the more established and famous premium brands.

Great range of shoes. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is located opposite Green dot at the main entrance of Jurong Point,near Boon Lay MRT Station. Shoes 👞 🩰 👠 👟 for men,women and children are available here. Handbags for men and women are available as well. This outlet is little bigger than other Bata stores at Woodlands and Bukit Batok,West Mall. Currently they are having promotion ,Buy one and get another pair with 20% discount !!

I like the Bata comfort sandals as I don't feel leg pain though walking for longer time... But they also keep that fixed 39 $ for ladies sandals which sometimes I feel, they could keep reasonable price and I recently bought a 60$ shoe but later realised I should have bought elsewhere better for this price... Otherwise quality is good.. service is ok .
