Asked the grandma working there about a certain medicine, but she just mumbled to herself and ignored me. I thought maybe she cannot understand English so I used google translate and again mumbled to herself and was just in a daze. There was even a customer that helped me to translate and explained to the Grandma in mandarin and was even shocked that the Grandma didn’t bother trying to help :(
