Went all the way to Jurong Point to buy my chips and only realised one of them is opened. A bit frustrated and angry that I had to throw this away because definitely not safe to eat anymore. However, I really appreciate the cheap price here, just hope that at least products sold should be usable and edible.

verry dissapointed to this old lady ! service verry bad , there was have 3counter , 2counter with sign "below $5 only cash " then this old lady the third counter got no sign so i want to pay thing the price $2 something n i ask if can pay by card she answer "Cash" while rolling eyes on me , then i ask if can pay by scan qr code , she answer "Cash" and rolling eyes again then after that i take another item to make it more then $5 she look up and say "Scan" is ur job to serve customer so u have to do ur job properly , if u dun like to face customer u better change job to factory so u not facing customer anymore , just facing the machine or maybe it is better u retire than to harm the company with ur bad attitude ! the picture also can see how rude she look at the customer like this .

Came to this branch . Staff very loud and unruly, exchanging stories abt other staff. This old lady filipino Cashier assigned near the exit was so rude. This is not my first experience with this lady who needs to imprve her manners towards customers.

Yesterday i went to this shop, An indian girl at the cashier was soo friendly and good. She told me her name is hana. The best customer service ever. 2/3 ladies was soo rude. The things all really cheap. Highly recommended.

Im a regular at this JP store. Can buy most things at affordable prices. But the manager's attitude is terrible. He's loud and very rude. Caught him shouting many times to customers who enquires about items they cannot find in the store. As a manager he does not have any customer service ettiquette at all. The poor customers were always shocked and stunned to answer him back. If he's not happy with his job, leave then. Do not take your frustrations out on your customers. They are there to buy and not to be scolded by you. So.... for those who shop there, please beware!
