The old lady at the counter near the exit was unbelievably rude for no reason. At her big age, you'd expect some basic manners but clearly, age doesn't always come with wisdom :) If you enjoy being spoken to with attitude, this is the place for you.

All staffs including managers are big headed, arrogant, unfriendly and impatient. Totally zero service oriented. On one occasion, the filipino female middle age cashier was mumbling and cursing non stop at a bangladeshi customer. Crazy! Totally unprofessional!!😡😡😡 All of them need serious intensive customer service training. …

The staff(grey shirt guy ) at jurong point is v rude.I just merely asking him whether I can cme into de store since its aready 10am,he reply me in a v impatient manner and later grumbling to other staffs abt me.Refer to their manager but no respond from him.lousy servicing attitude!

So cramped and crowded. Had to crab walk along the aisles. Multiple Staff replenishing the stock further blocking the path. Items more and more overpriced as you go deeper into the shop. Ridiculous. Queue was so long and slow. I just left the shop.

Be careful when you buying snacks from Value especially those with discounted prices. The snacks may have been around for a long time ! Bought Pringles from Value Jurong Point. When opened up, there was a weird smell and the taste was weird and abit sour indicating that it has been around sometime. Saw the expiring date is in about 2 months time, thus giving the discount !

A good place for people who buy things for value, not for luxury and costly. We can buy the price affordable things here, the quality is not much compromised for the value of money, we pay. A place for all foreign workers who stay around

My daughter bought some wet tissue there and while doing payment,the short old Indian lady cashier that wearing spectacle very Inpatient ,she rushed my daughter while she trying to find 5 cents from her wallet.she say alot people queing behind and ask her faster.is a very unpleasant and unhappy shopping experience there.
