Been seeing significant hair fall and balding signs for a few months and decided to seek treatment. Compared across multiple options in the market, went for their trial sessions and decided to sign up with Svenson due to their unique approach. Been 3 months since I’ve done treatment with them and there’s good improvement in my hair growth. Scan shows baby hair growing on areas that were used to be sparse. Very happy with the result.

Have been doing hair treatment with Svenson (Jurong Point) branch for a year now, overall great experience and staff are friendly with good customer service. Will like to give a shout out to my therapist Hui Chin (she’s good at her job) and the consultants - Anna & Ivy who will always give you a warm welcome at the front counter. They will recommend you hair services/ products according to your needs without hard selling which makes you feel comfortable on every visit.

I suffered from severe hair loss and thinning due to stress. I decided to try Svenson at Jurong Point due to their great reviews in the internet. The staff have always been most helpful and they knew the type of treatment i needed for my hair. Every treatment session was catered to my comfort level. Today, my hair has regained it strength and i feel confident to let down my hair in public. My experience at Svenson Jurong Point has always been great! Their services, promotions and staff gave me an all rounded pleasant experience. I will highly recommend anyone of any age to Svenson!

Have a great experience here, my consultant Ivy was very professional and friendly. She able to give me the best treatment suggestion for my scalp and there’s no hard selling involved here. The whole process was good, I did top up abit from the trail price but I think it’s worth. Will definitely go back again!

I have been with Svenson Jurong Point since 2011. It did improve my scalp and hair issue dramatically. They always have alot of promotion/campaign and free gift (simple criteria to fulfill ) almost every months. One of the most generous hair care center. The service staff and consultant are friendly and professional, especially Erica and Ivy. The remaining service staff are also well verse and knowledgeable as well. Do look for any one of them if you happen to come here in the future.
