Long time customer of Svenson. Appointments are easy to book and staff and friendly and meticulous. Treatments are really effective and they saved my hair when I was experiencing major hair loss from covid. They provide short massages which are very good too, and overall no hard selling. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I have been a long-standing customer with Svenson at Jurong Point for a better part of 2 decades.
The therapists are experienced and knowledgeable, they would usually explain the purpose of each treatment to be carried out step by step and providing useful tips for keeping the wellbeing of my scalp.
The consultants are also very patience and friendly.
Always enjoyed my scalp treatments. Never once have they failed / disappointed me. I like the atmosphere there.
