Wendy Chan
Have to say is one of the quietest outlet but no, don’t think I’ll ever want to buy anything from this outlet after getting stomach flu. Ordered chicken thigh sandwich, and there’s few things I noticed. 1) the young boy took the meat out from the fridge and warmed it up for, 30 seconds? 2) Only 4 small pathetic pieces were given compared to the chicken breast, which was huge beside it (immediately regret - why must I try new things). 3) when I opened up the sandwich, the chicken looked slightly pale, but I had the benefit of the doubt as I never had terrible experiences with Subway & it was my first time trying this menu. BAM! Hit with stomach flu at night. & no, it wasn’t my home-cooked dinner that caused it. Just to add on, I’m not trying to discourage people from visiting this outlet but rather to advise HQ to improve food handling standards. For instance, setting a longer heating time for thicker cuts of meat could help. I’m confident that Subway, being a longstanding brand, can enhance this aspect. That said, based on my experience, I personally won’t be visiting this outlet for now.
