Terrible experience, inactive workers in the counter, either have terrible English and can’t understand, or completely ignore the order and add random stuff, especially one of the young fellow with extreme negative attitude.

Poor service I bought the breakfast with hash brown and coffee . Look how the chinese girl pack . I reach home I cannot drink the coffee . . Services like tortise

The food was good. Then I ask the cashier in charge can pay by NETS only VISA. I using Mastercard no NETS accepted. Won’t eat again. I best thing to eat at Lot One. πŸ˜”πŸ˜”

My young one wanted to get a beef and mushroom sub but I was told that it couldn't be customised, even after much persuasion. They serve the sub with onions and capsicums only. You can opt to have them removed, but cannot opt for any other veg. So un-subway-ly. No choice but to order another salad (+10.90 cos they only have salad with toppings). Salad dressing wasn't nice too.

The service provided was subpar, particularly by the young staff member responsible for preparing the food. There was a lack of knowledge regarding the different types of bread, resulting in orders being mixed up after the bread was taken out of the oven. The staff member appeared to be quite incompetent in their role. Furthermore, when scooping the egg mayo, some of it fell into the chicken ham, yet the staff member still placed it on my bread. This raises concerns about potential dietary restrictions; for instance, what if I were a vegetarian? Additionally, the same gloves were used to clean the surface of the board, open the fridge, and touch the food, which is highly unhygienic. laslty the lady kept scolding the young boy too showing the level of capability and competency the guy has.

BEWARE: STAY AWAY FROM THE MAC N CHEESE. more like a mashed potato. taste bland, the San Remo mac n cheese is way much better tasting than this. haha. and the staff was rude. if you forget to order at the first, she'll tell you with an emphasis that you have to order next time at the front. So dont play that you forgot something even if you say sorry. such an attitude for dealing with customer.

The worst subway outlet ever, staff are forever slow and rude. Seems like no proper training is given to them. Save your time and energy and go dine somewhere else in JP. Never coming back ever again to this outlet as there is no improvement.
