Went there recently and was warmly welcomed by the staff...the optician Ai Ling assisted me to check on my vision and patiently explained to me on the different types of lenses suitable for me...very detailed and professional ....would not hesitate to return to the outlet again to get my next sunglass 😉.Highly recommended!!! …

we visited the Jurong point outlet. Cheryl the sales rep there was very pleasant and informative. She was also patient and explained thoroughly about progressive lens to us as we were newbies. We ended up purchasing 2 specs and we will definitely come again. Thanks for your help, Cheryl.

Very bad services and don't recommend this place at jurong point. I visited and decided to drop that place as I want to buy new spectacle and said, I am deaf. They said, oh and spoke to me on that way. Also I told them about my old spectacles problem. Then still spoke me as I can't hear and speak. Thye don't feel to write communication with me as I am deaf. I feel very disappointed and left. It was my last day and won't come this shop. By the way, I bought new spectacle at another shop and they were patient to write communication with me.
