Visited at night time. Front desk Chinese lady reception is very efficient. Not sure about others. Indian lady doctor is good but just explain same thing too often. Overall a good and fast experience around 40 mins from walk in to walk out.

The doctor and nurse struggled to draw blood from my arm for medical purposes. They told me they would refer me to their expert nurse who specializes in drawing blood. That’s when I met Ms. Helen at Raffles Jurong Point jolly, full of energy, and clearly experienced. She truly lived up to her reputation. With just one quick and painless poke, she drew the blood effortlessly.

Visited the clinic on Fri afternoon with my son who was having bad diarrhea and high fever. Although the waiting time for consultation and dispensary was long, we were fortunate to meet a great doctor. Dr Daniel Ting was the most patient and gentle doctor we have met in Raffles Medical Jurong Point. He patiently replied to all my questions and even asked if my son has any question for him. Really hope he is on duty if we ever need to visit again (which we hope not happen too often).

Writing on behalf on my partner, we walked in to visit the doctor on 23/01/25 at around 2pm and waited for an hr before it was my turn and then it took another 30 + minutes for them to prepare my medicine, the whole process took almost 2 whole hours of my time. Do improve on the waiting time. This clinic has 3 receptionists but take so long just to dispense medicine? That’s funny.

A very impatient female doctor asked, 'So, what is your sickness?' after I told her I was having joint pain, and i received anerex :( Additionally, the receptionist had pink eyes, possibly due to her eyelash extensions or conjunctivitis, which is highly contagious. It is unacceptable for a clinic to have unhealthy staff.
