In case you get lost looking for the clinic, there's a short escalator next to Yakiniku-Go restaurant that leads you to the medical centre (refer to my pics). Maybe it was a different team of staff, or perhaps they have improved their service but my xray appointment went smoothly without a hitch or a rude, unpleasant encounter with any of the staff. I arrived right just after 8.30am, where there were already 3 patients seated and I joined them after I obtained my queue number. There was an absence of a warm greetings, or smiles from the front desks but I figure not many people are morning persons (maybe they can work on this. It would be nice to be greeted when you approach the front desk staff.) Other than this the clinic is clean, the technician lady was polite and efficient.

I had a mammogram done here and it was fast and efficient. Nandar, the Technician, was professional and ensured my comfort the entire time. I really appreciate the service that I had in getting this test completed.

Front line staff were very helpful despite me arriving slightly late and do not have the physical referral letter with me. The radiologist Hadi was very friendly and it was a comfortable experience doing the Xrays. Efficient and simple process.

It would be good if the Radiologist can be trained on empathy and customer service in addition to their job. I'm the first patient at 8.30am and was referred here by a GP for xray. When he asked what happened, I started as I was referred by my GP for xray. He snapped by saying I know that's why u came here but I asked WHAT HAPPEN. And for the various positioning, he has the irritated look everytime he says RELAX. You may be doing this everyday dude but for a patient it can be their first time and they may be anxious so please speak to them with a bit of empathy. That goes a long way and will also make your day brighter.

Was a quick and breezy visit to Radlink Lite to get an xray done. The process was very straight forward and the xray staff was extremely cordial and the experience was wonderful. Thanks to Hadi for immediately putting me at ease and making the process more fun than making me feel more stressed. Quite liked the entire experience with the team.
