guy who did my xray was quite rude and grumpy for some reason. i get that your job might be hard but it’s still a service job after all. it was my 2nd time in my whole life doing xray so i was abit antsy and nervous. the way he talk is like ordering lol so i felt quite uncomfy throughout. idk what i did to deserve that treatment. :(

It would be good if the Radiologist can be trained on empathy and customer service in addition to their job. I'm the first patient at 8.30am and was referred here by a GP for xray. When he asked what happened, I started as I was referred by my GP for xray. He snapped by saying I know that's why u came here but I asked WHAT HAPPEN. And for the various positioning, he has the irritated look everytime he says RELAX. You may be doing this everyday dude but for a patient it can be their first time and they may be anxious so please speak to them with a bit of empathy. That goes a long way and will also make your day brighter.

I had an appointment at 11am, the process is efficient and Nannar who served me for ultrasound and mammogram is very kind and explained me the details clearly. It is a smooth and satisfied process.

Service was prompt and not crowded. I was out in 15min. Special mention to Mr Hadi who assisted with the x ray. He was clear in his instructions and was polite and well versed in what he was doing. Great experience!

Service good for Radlink but till now I have not gotten my report. Who should contact me? Fullerton or Radlink? I thought doctor from fullerton says I have pneumonia and wanted me to get x ray immediately but totally forgotten now. MC also forgot to give me, only realized when I reach office.

In case you get lost looking for the clinic, there's a short escalator next to Yakiniku-Go restaurant that leads you to the medical centre (refer to my pics). Maybe it was a different team of staff, or perhaps they have improved their service but my xray appointment went smoothly without a hitch or a rude, unpleasant encounter with any of the staff. I arrived right just after 8.30am, where there were already 3 patients seated and I joined them after I obtained my queue number. There was an absence of a warm greetings, or smiles from the front desks but I figure not many people are morning persons (maybe they can work on this. It would be nice to be greeted when you approach the front desk staff.) Other than this the clinic is clean, the technician lady was polite and efficient.

Front line staff were very helpful despite me arriving slightly late and do not have the physical referral letter with me. The radiologist Hadi was very friendly and it was a comfortable experience doing the Xrays. Efficient and simple process.
