Finally figured out how to type on the pop station. U have to use your fingernails to press the numbers accurately. No fingernails no use.
POPStation provides 24/7 parcel collection convenience to Jurong Point visitors through Singapore Post's innovative Pick Own Parcel Station network, offering secure self-service locker solutions for collecting, returning, or posting parcels anytime within collection periods. This modern logistics service operates two convenient locations within Jurong Point, providing flexible parcel management that accommodates busy lifestyles and shopping schedules without additional collection charges.
Services include secure parcel collection from online retail partners, ezyReturn package returns for participating retailers, and ezy2ship parcel sending through self-service lockers. The system provides SMS notifications, extended collection periods, and convenient access during all operating hours, ensuring customers can manage their deliveries according to personal schedules rather than traditional delivery constraints.
Operating at both Jurong Point Shopping Centre and the Post Office location (#B1-45) with hours Monday-Sunday 9:30am-10pm, POPStation revolutionizes parcel logistics for western Singapore residents. Their integration with major online retailers, secure locker technology, and round-the-clock accessibility makes them the preferred solution for convenient, reliable parcel collection and shipping services.

Ignore all other comments don’t go elsewhere to find. Just look for SingPost beside canteen and popular. There another one at B1A carpark near bicycle lot but hard to find. Just so you know B1 and B1A are on total different floors. Take another escalator from B1 opposite Eu Yan Sang/ Japan home and exit

Repaired done on 3 Nov as mentioned on its notification poster. But touch screen was faulty on 9 Nov when I wanted to collect my items. Hotline is useless too, always high call volume, i wonder why.

Very high-tech time machine touchscreen. Each time you press, 1 minute of your life disappears. After entering an entire tracking code, you will have aged significantly. Highly recommended for time travellers

Come here if you have a great day and want to experience some frustration :) 1. Press HARD till your thumb is sore because otherwise the touch screen does not work. 2. Enter shipping ID with above frustration because they would say it’s incorrect even tho it is for the 5th time. 3. 2 stars because it works after 10 attempts and helps one practice calmness.

Location is stated opposite L1-31. But there are two L1-31..... Make sure you head to Krispy Kreme. It's opposite that. Not McDonald's. Frustrating instructions.

Seriously worst location for the popstation and so difficult to find. If you are at B1. Look for eu yan sang/ playmade. Take the escalator up. Turn right to the car park. Turn right again go all the way to the end. Its near where the delivery bikes parking there. If u coming from mcdonald, take escalator beside pizzahut/JD and u will spot the photoID machine.

It is always full. Wasted my trip there. But I later found out that we can actually call up the customer service to check the locker vancancies before heading down. Suggested to customer service to put such status update into the app instead of calling to check. Not sure how long before this will be implemented.

It's really hard to find. ONLY accessible by the mid-level escalator between B1 and L1. Take the escalator down from L1 Macdonald's, or up from B1 eu yan sang. You'll see a carpark entrance on the right. Look right there's a delivery rider area, the pop station is right there.

It's been moved to Basement 1A. Go over to KFC/McDonald's, then use the escalator to go down. It's a short flight down. Then, you'll see a bunch of vending machines. Turn right, and you'll see a glass door to Basement 1A. Once you exit B1A, turn right and walk straight, staying close to the wall. As you can see from the photo, it's beside a designated parking for bikes So far no issues when I use it. Guess I was lucky. Edit: Also if you guys chose POPStation Jurong Point and you came down to the basement but couldn't seem to enter your locker number and code or the locker number is non-existent, please don't fret. It's probably at Singpost. There are also POPStations there. You're probably asking, which POPStation has your parcel? Idk bruh. Some platform/website never differentiate. When you order delivery via POPStation it'll sometimes display POPStation Jurong Point twice. Y'all thought it was a glitch but nah man. It's the same place but two different locations.
