Honestly no idea why there is so much negetive reviews. I been coming here for maybe 2 years? As it’s Chas card and company insurance approved.
Counter staff are quite polite and professional.
Doctor is really professional and paitient as well. I never felt that he ever dismissed or downplay my concerns or issues as well. He actually listens and gave me advice on my health too.
Will always come back if I have anything.

I rather die than to seek medical treatment here. The clinic is supposed to close at 12:30 noon on Sat. When I reached there at 11:55 a young male receptionist told me that they are closed. When I replied him that the business hour stated outside is till 12:30, he quickly issued a queue number for me. No wonder they have such a poor review. Doctor attended to me is even worse, no jempathy, no eye contact, no smile, no greetings. All his concern is quickly knock off from work and leave the clinic at 12:15. Whoever is sick and has want to seek medical attention, please save yourself from the poor experience of this clinic, it may get your sickness even worse.

This clinic deserve 0 stars , this lady whom only wanted to be known as MISS LEE, keep asking me for the ecard. When I have already shown her time and time again. I even pass her my phone for her to get the ecard, as I do know wat what kind of e- card there is. Then after checking then she said not in system. How is it that when I can log in using FWD app, and you cannot find the person log in the FWD system? Also she keep asking, there’s no other clinic for me to go to already? Can’t I go to other clinic? Just pure yaya papaya attitude.

It does not even worth 1 star. Went down for pass check up, just told us that we need to wait for the name to be called. We waited so long that the normal queue number past and left the clinic. And it is still not our turn. Ask the nurse, they just keep tell you the doctor will call your name. That's all.

I thought it would be a goner just looking at the reviews here. Turned out better than expected. Few people waiting compared to the horrendous queue at the clinic diagonally opposite. Friendly auntie nurse and a pretty ok and professional uncle doc who looks like he should have retired to enjoy life. A pretty short visit time overall. Oh ya, somebody went dating with a bird.

DR Andrew was so rude to patient. Went in and talked to him in Mandarin as we are both Chinese. He answered coldly with one word, ‘English.’ Fine. Asked me how many times did i diarrhoea. Told him the total of yesterday and today. He then asked me what did i eat. I was recalling and he asked me impatiently, today or yesterday? I said yesterday was worse. He shouted at me and said ‘Today how many times!!’ He then asked me to lie on the bed. Pressed my stomach so hard without asking how i feel. I was so painful but he didnt bother. Didnt tell me what happened either and only tell me not to eat spicy and milk then ask me to leave.
Waiting time was long. Went in at 1010am and got number 59. At that time was number 54. Just 5 numbers away but need to wait for almost 1 hour. Went in at 11am and got such bad service. Will never visit again.

Actually I agreed those ppl who given comments this clinic,no call nurse,just receptionist or helper only,the answer phone call and registration counter girl attitude is super worse...,this clinic management have to take a look ..if continue like that sure no business can close down ...

Doctor is arrogant and dismissive. Looks like a retiree who is there to pass his time. He even prescribed wrong meds and only realised it after i left the clinic , he got the clinic staff staff to call , fortunately i didnt take it or i would have had a bad allergic reaction. Staff are rude and have cannot be bothered attitude.

This was the worst clinic experience I’ve ever had. I went for a medical checkup for work because the clinic I originally booked didn’t have X-ray services that day. I had no choice but to come here since the wait time was shorter.
The young Chinese nurse was extremely rude—I'm paying for the report, so basic politeness should be expected! The doctor was also unfriendly and dismissive. The only staff member who was decent was the older Chinese nurse, who was at least polite.
I don’t understand why I should have to pay money just to be treated poorly. The service here is unacceptable.
