Thought it will be a dubious place given the reviews, but Kacy(?) was really nice, did per request, gentle on my nails and ask for my suggestions. Staffs were transparent about the price from the start and no hard selling. Done within 30 mins.

Disaster experience forever. I visit on Jan 15 for pedicure after my confinement period. I forget her name, probably is Ivy who is bad skil and unhygienic tools, and she only keen on to promote their product and ask me to sign package. Next day my feet feel itchy and it’s infected. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

All the staffs here are very friendly and professional. They have great passion in their work, I feel very comfortable doing my pedicure here. Thank you gals for your good services.

Frankly , I don’t totally enjoy my time there as 8 out of 10 times , the staff will hard sell their package. I cannot do my mani/ pedi in peace .. I think that’s the reason why their business is getting quieter as sometimes pass by during weekend, u can see the staff doing nothing or talking as no much customer! The boss really need to reflect on their service and stop the hard selling if they want to survive in Sg !!

very hard sell, if you don't buy their package they'll give you looks. so unwelcoming. you can consider going home based nail salons at west side instead of paying expensive prices here. there's probably a home based nail salon 10 mins away from you.
