A thumbs up!!! Pixie Nail Spa for their services. Visited with my daughter recently during my trip to Singapore. Did our nails and were super happy with the quality of work and service.A special mention n kudos to nail technicians Sandy their understanding and implementation of our briefs were a 10/10. My nails still look beautiful and shiny after nearly two weeks. Strongly recommend to visit for nail services.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this salon, largely thanks to Sandy. Her manicure and spa services were exceptional. She's highly skilled, and I especially appreciated her attention to detail in shaping and finishing my nails. Everything was perfect. The price was absolutely worth it for the level of service provided. This is easily one of the best salon experiences I've had.

I have been a customer of Pixie since Jan 2017. I am very happy with their services. Their friendliness and caring attitude are greatly recommended. Lyn, Yuki and Janet of Pixie Jurong Point have been taking good care of my nail for these years especially Lyn whom I really appreciated. I shall continue using their services. Have to agree with most of the reviews on hard selling and the bad attitudes after paying for the package. Paid the first $1000 and they charged more than $400 for toe fungus treatment and exfoliating. My 3rd time there, the toe fungus treatment was less than 5 minutes after the staff put the “medication” on my toes. Instead of getting better, my toe fungus actually has gone worse after the treatment. Nail polish is just 1 layer and is rarely done properly. Definitely an overpriced service. Can’t wait to finish the package and be gone for good.
They seriously need to watch their marketing methods before they lose more clients, and it seems that this is not only the branch that do that, but all their branches.
Every trip to the store is a torture with the hard selling like most customers had said. $1000 for a package and there’s still so much balance left and they make you buy new packages. These are customers hard earned money too, you know?
It’s more than enough for a trip to S.Korea or Japan and back!

I have to admit that this place is a lot more expensive than I expected, given the size of the place, the look of the basement floor in Jurong Point, and the location aka Jurong West. It’s $27 for a normal manicure, but there aren’t enough competitors, so I caved.
PRICE:
As other reviewers said, true enough they push products/upgrades/packages to every customer, and being the kind of person I am, I always feel bad saying no. I did give in to the 6-manis package, which is a “buy 6 get 1 free,” making it $24 each.
At first, I thought it’d be worth it because there seem to be SO many colors on the nail color wheels in the basket (see photo), but almost half of them are an extra $10 because they’re special colors? I’m also disappointed because there were a few times—I’ve gone 4 times so far—where I came in with a color in mind, and they don’t have it.
Or maybe they do, but it’s one of the bottles on the shelves and they don’t want to use those...
(I even chose a light-medium gray today, but initially received a DARK gray. I was like no I want lighter, to which she pulls out a seafoam green?? I was like it’s too green, and finally, she gets a light gray from the shelf.)
QUALITY:
Pretty good, although even after 10-15 minutes of drying my nails, sometimes an hour later, I will do something and get a dent in the polish.
Nails will look good/acceptable for about 5 days.
SERVICE:
I definitely get what people are saying about the rudeness. When I first arrived, it was crowded and I had no clue most people made appointments, so I tried to work out a walk-in time. The front desk people seemed so impatient. I don’t remember who exactly, but older woman with the glasses is pretty rough. It’s funny because their English is not the best, and they get frustrated with me if I don’t understand them... Everyone else I’ve encountered has been pretty sweet actually.
The manicurists never made me experience pain either.
Also it’s nice of them to bring our a chocolate and tea for us. I don’t know; it’s a nice touch and I’ve never received that at a salon or spa before. The

Very disappointing experience. I came in for a mani and pedi with my parents, and while the service started off okay, things quickly went downhill. When I politely declined to continue with their suggested package, the staff’s attitude noticeably changed. It got worse when I asked them to explain the extra charges that weren’t included in my original package — instead of a clear explanation, I was met with attitude and unpleasant facial expressions. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I left feeling unwelcome. Don't recommend this place.

Fantastic services from Lynn and Sandy. They have been very caring to customers. Both mom and my nails are meticulously being taken care of and we felt pampered by the ladies. Good nail technician are hard to come by, Lynn and Sandy are definitely my go to person in Pixie at JP.
