When i came to look for a product, i was greeted by a very nice girl called xinle. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I had a good time shopping here. Highly recommended!

The sales person was very friendly and helpful. It's seem most of their items have discounts, but they were not displayed clearly. Therefore, in comparison with other pet shops, the items seem to be more expensive.

Ordered two packs of Oxbow hay (Timothy + Orchard mix and Orchard) via Foodpanda on 31 May, and the quality was outright terrible. Both packs were dry, brown, and clearly stale — my guinea pigs wouldn’t even touch them. To top it off, the “freshest by” date was 12 June 2025 — barely two weeks from the purchase. It’s obvious the shop intentionally sent expiring stock just because it was a delivery order. This is blatantly dishonest and unacceptable business practice.

I have been sending my cat to this branch for more than five years. Peiqi, the groomer, is especially patient with my darling cat.
