The sales person was very friendly and helpful. It's seem most of their items have discounts, but they were not displayed clearly. Therefore, in comparison with other pet shops, the items seem to be more expensive.

Ordered two packs of Oxbow hay (Timothy + Orchard mix and Orchard) via Foodpanda on 31 May, and the quality was outright terrible. Both packs were dry, brown, and clearly stale — my guinea pigs wouldn’t even touch them. To top it off, the “freshest by” date was 12 June 2025 — barely two weeks from the purchase. It’s obvious the shop intentionally sent expiring stock just because it was a delivery order. This is blatantly dishonest and unacceptable business practice.

Please do not purchase these house brand cleaning agents. Their bottle quality is abysmal, cheap brittle plastic. There are likely fine cracking in the bottle before I bought them. Brought it home n placed it down, not in the gentliest way, just the usual way we let go of groceries after shopping, as how i would normally drop my keys into a holder and it just cracked! Brought it back to the shop in the rain the very next morning with the bottle in a plastic bag, carrying it in my arm to prevent more leakage but was refused a 1 to 1 exchange. Was very disappointed. Please do not purchase this series of house brand cleaning agents (placed near the counter). It will be 20 plus dollars down the drain. I would have given 1 star if not for the friendly staff..

Visited several times due to pet lovers and NTUC getting more expensive since NTUC follow pet lovers pricing for Sheba. First time ordered online and received a goodie bag. Really heaven and earth when comparing service level between the two companies. The only gift i recall getting from pet lovers is only the litter box trash bag plus very hard to get exchange for spoilt items. Now I am convinced to patronize pets station more and more. Good job pets station. Keep it up!

Located at the exterior of Jurong Point, right opposite of Jurong Central Park. It has an indoor space for pets to interact. Upon entering, their friendly staff welcomes you to their store. You can ask them for your pet's needs. Items ranging for Puppies, Kittens and even for Birds can be found here. Entrance looks small but it's interior is larger than it looks. You can be sure to find what you need for your beloved pets here. You are required to scan SafeEntry before entering and temperatures will be required to be taken.
