I was there on last Thurs. Erin served me patiently eventhough she was about to go off shift. Then Yana came to take over. I bough quite a fair bit of accessories. I esp. love Erin's friendliness and attitude. Yana was helpful and patient with my requests. Enjoyed the retail experience.

There are ethnic Chinese and Malay girls at this branch. Overall the Chinese ones were more patient though at certain times they seemed to be a little materialistic and judgemental. The Malay girls, one at shoulder length and particularly the one who was taller with long hair was too much. She really gave me the face as if I am poor, simply because I came in to buy their current sale items. Well, it's sale, almost everyone who comes in, is after the sales. Small wonder the still have the stock that most branches have sold out. I bought an item from them because I think there might be no stock at another branch. The tone was impolite and she clearly doesn't want to show items to me. At payment, she talked in a tone as if I would return the items. Very rude. Different service from ION where the staff were very helpful. Much better place to be too. Almost forgot to add the one with the longer hair and younger, don't know if she was mean or problem, stuck a small piece of tape to my box. Was the same yesterday. Simply don't trust their packing.

bad experience ! poor customer service ! I was there at 10+ pm on a Monday (27Aug2018) night , apparently the lady salesgirl named Wayne was not keen to serve us at all .Will not patronise this store again !
