I started my hair treatment at Oriental Hair Solutions Jurong Point branch since 2013, when I notice that my hair was thinning. Every time I visit the salon, I am well taken care of by the therapist Ceres. Her knowledge and passion about scalp and hair care, gives me 100% confidence in the treatment that she recommendations to improve my condition. In Addition, the branch also has positive energy, the staff are friendly and make you feel at home for each visit.

Went for scalp treatment and was not satisfied with the service. My consultant was the outlet manager and she was pushy about selling the package. Her service as well as her tone was not good.

I’ve been a customer with Oriental for more than half decade, Considered a long term customer here whom my consultant Rebecca Tan, she is dedicated to her work and professional. Under her care, I was never worried about my hair condition and my hair style . She will ensure I look good whenever I visit the place and my condition is improving . Thank you so much for Oriental and my consultant Rebecca, my hair condition have improved tremendously! The environment is very comfortable as well after the renovation . Ive been oriental hair solutions 6 year my therapist ceres always very attentive ti my needs same as my consultant rebeecca also will be very attentive whenever i need to upgrage my needs they will always help me to serve me :)

I started my hair treatment at Oriental Hair Solution Jurong Point about a year ago. My assigned consultant is Rebecca. After a year, there are remarkable improvement observed: the hairs grow significantly and become thicker and denser. Rebecca is very friendly and understands the customer requirement well. She is very passionate and takes pride of her profession. So far pretty satisfied with the services and the results. In a broader sense, the ambience of the salon and the professionalism and attitude of all staff are also very good. Well done!
