Went for scalp treatment and was not satisfied with the service. My consultant was the outlet manager and she was pushy about selling the package. Her service as well as her tone was not good.

Oriental at Jurong Point has been very professional in helping to address my hair loss issues and maintaining the health of my scalp. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, reliable technologies were used to identify hair issues so that the appropriate solutions are used in the treatment. Rebecca, who is the consultant for me has also been able to provide tips and advices on how I should correctly manage my hair at home. Grace is always very cheerful, efficient and has good knowledge to effectively address my scalp & hair fall problems. I feel comfortable with her taking care of my scalp. Grace has also helped choose a colour for my hair and I love how it turned out! The strength of her massage for my scalp & neck is firm and it was really relaxing and comfortable. I been going to Oriental Hair at Jurong branch for more than ten over years, this had become a biweekly routine to do my hair treatments and hair needs. Branch manager Rebecca had been very attentive to my hair needs and always provide best solutions to my needs, very grateful to her, not only that the therapists are also very good , specially thanks to my therapists Chris, always like her massage and attention to my hair needs. Also to Ceres who take great care and provide good service and massage to me. All the therapists very helpful, Ivy is very good. Not forgetting the counter lady Gloria is also helpful to my needs.

Since the start of this year, i have been having hair issues which led me to seek professional help. My assigned hair consultant is very friendly and helpful throughout. She also assist to conduct regular checks on my hair progress from time to time and I am still in the process of the treatment to regain my hair health. The friendly and polite staff makes customers feels welcomed. Definitely, my hair consultant, Lara is the main reason for me to stay with this branch. She is very professional and she gives good recommendations and performs targeted treatments with results shown after a couple of treatments. She very professional in helping me craft a treatment regime that caters to my budget and needs! I could see the effects of the treatment rather quickly! The staffs also provide excellent customer service too! They will help me to adjust my appointment timing to avoid crowds. After a year, there are remarkable improvement observed: the hairs grow significantly and become thicker and denser. Rebecca is very friendly and understands the customer requirement well. She is very passionate and takes pride of her profession. So far pretty satisfied with the services and the results. In a broader sense, the ambience of the salon and the professionalism and attitude of all staff are also very good. Well done!
