Expected to get a freshly made cake but it tasted like a display one. Even the mangoes looks like those from rotten one.

Bought the mango cake on several occasions and the quality began to drop. On one occasion, the mango mousse was filled with at least 50%, as if it was due to a lack of sponge cake. And on many occasions, the 'fresh' mango was unripe and super sour :(

I love their cakes. I liked the person's voice who answered my call, sadly she couldn't speak English. 🫢 …

Been ordering here since ever since for my kiddos' birthdays. They are known for their kuehs and pandan chiffrons. Must try.

I have been eating cakes from BS since 13 yrs, despite it being pricy we have considered buying it due to its quality...unfortunately, in the last two occasions when I had purchased I was not happy with the taste. The cake did not taste fresh, the cream has a typical smell while the cherries were not fresh...I am sorry, it is a brand and there should be no compromise with quality..there are several others competitors who offer a better quality at a reasonable rate...please take note..

Customer service was good and the cake I bought for my mum was delicious. Will patronize their store again!
